The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend the restaurant for dinner.

Perfect location Perfect hospitality Very comfortable

The breakfast was fantastic!! Almost too much food. The brothers Christian, and Paolo, were so fun and helpful!

Very beautiful charming place, the food was amazing. The owners are some of the nicest people we ever met. They couldn’t do enough for us, they were so helpful. It is so safe and quiet in the area. It is very close to Presolana Ski School which was perfect for us. The lovely village is a 20 min walk away. We will definitely come back again. It is perfect for a nice and relaxing winter holiday.

The staff and quality for price

The hotel is in a strategic location near Passo della Presolana, Castione e Clusone, perfect to visit Val Seriana. Staff was gentle, room was comfy with a really beautiful balchony. Good value for money.

Fabulous room with a balcony view overlooking the valley and village. The hotel is only a few years old in a traditional timber cabin style, but the rooms and hotel are modern, clean and pristine. The hotel was warm and bright, the staff were welcoming and happy to assist. The breakfast was excellent and our evening meal showcased the regional cuisine and was exceptional.

I stayed at this hotel and I must say that the quality of service is far above the standard you usually find in Italy. The staff is extremely professional, well-presented, and attentive to every detail. The hotel is elegant, refined, and very comfortable—you truly feel like you are receiving the service of a luxury five-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very well maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. The bar is excellent, well-stocked, and offers a great atmosphere. The restaurant provides very high-quality food, with carefully prepared dishes and top-level ingredients. Overall, an exceptional experience that exceeds expectations. Highly recommended!

Welcoming personnel, good food, well maintained and clean interiors

It was really nice place with many friendly staff. Very good food and services. Even though we were late for breakfast but the staff was nice and polite with us and try to do whatever she could do

The hotel and the view is fantastic. Breakfast is perfect.

Welcoming, clean, comfortable, friendly, great location

the beds were comfortable, the room is clean and as it was summer the balcony could have been used for hanging and drying out clothes. The dinner was delicious.
