Excellent service from each and every staff member, from the moment of our arrival, Enrico was gracious, thoughtful, and informative about parking, the room, the hotel, the town, and where to eat. He also got us last-minute dinner reservations just down the street at a delightful osteria - a last-minute RSVP on a rainy, Saturday night! The general areas and guest room were stylish, comfortable, and spacious. The all-marble bathroom was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with an excellent selection of beauty products, tissue, and towels. Enrico also showed us how to use the shutters, key card, and TV. Very elegant and efficient! The breakfast room, food, and service were also excellent, right down to the fresh passionfruit and homemade yogurt. We look forward to coming back to Bergamo and staying at this wonderful small hotel!

Returning to this hotel was like coming to old friends or family. Words cannot describe the feeling of safety, comfort, coziness and hospitality you receive from Marina and Carlo. Anything you need can and would be fulfilled by them! They’re happy to help with any issue or problem you have! This time Marina in a blink of an eye helped us with Area C issue. (Our car wasn’t accepted by the system, so she called the operator and solved it!). There were quite a lot of other requests from us, and they were happy to take care of them! Can’t forget to mention absolutely outstanding breakfasts! Fresh, delicious and carefully made with all your preferences! Oh and coffee… I had to stop myself from drinking too much 🙂‍↕️ Rooms are just like home. Like you live there. My mother and I felt so good in our rooms! Very comfy beds , nice shower and just everything you need! We’d love to stay longer! And we will come back! Hopefully soon! At least next year! P.S. if you need a good place to have dinner, you can ask Marina and Carlo for the advice! From me it’s a restaurant Manu pizza. Very close to the hotel. Around 5 minutes walk

Convenient to Bergamo airport, which was the purpose of our stay. Only 20 minutes drive. We had the family suite and it was very spacious and spotless. It had a lovely hot tub in the room too, much to our daughter’s surprise! We had an early start and were able to order breakfast to the room. Fabulous restaurant across the road.

Getting transport to the hotel was a bit difficult for me...

Getting transport to the hotel was a bit difficult for me moreso because of language barrier. There was no taxi rank at the Bergamo train station therefore commuting to the hotel took me almost two hours from Bergamontrsin station.

I loved the fact that the hotel was a short drive from the airport. It was convenient and cheap for me to take a taxi from and back. The shuttle that goes to the airport every e0 minutes at a friendly fee is a plus. The staff were courteous and ready to help in English whenever I asked, considering my Italian was terrible ! The rooms were cosy and clean. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. I would surely come back next time I visit this part of Italy.

The hotel room I was given was on the ground floor with a precarious emergency exit out into a dark area that was shakey and had no way of being locked. I requested to change rooms to a more secure one, given I was travelling alone late at night but was not accommodated. I could not sleep and would never stay here again. Very little concern or consideration given.

Small B&B with couple of rooms. My room was huge and very nice, just some creepy paintings on the wall. Breakfast was cooked at the moment by the owners and was really tasty. Good location, parking 2 min walking from the hotel.

Classic Italian accommodation in a small village 10 minutes from the airport. Fantastic breakfast, very courteous staff and very comfortable. Much better than staying in an airport hotel.
