We loved this place. Very kind owners. They make you feel welcomed. They give you all details about surroundings. Beautiful peaceful location with garden. Freshly renovated rooms with all you need in it. Enough parking space. Delicious fresh home made breakfast with enough choice. Close to railway station (like 4-5 min walk).

Everything was perfect! I will definitely come back!

Spacious room, quiet location, clean and cozy. I would definately return to stay at Villa Rosa. Grazie!

Surprisingly had a double bed room Even if I paid for single bed. Room was clean and all essential and necessary things were available! The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. He also allowed me to keep my bag there for a couple of hours the day of the departure and allowed me to change so that I could enjoy a few time by the sea before leaving

Amazing hotel run by a friendly team of staff. The hotel is very close to the beach (5 min walk) and to the centre. The room we had was across the road, but that made no difference at all. The room was very spacious and clean and the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was served at the hotel each morning and was lovely. Not too much choice but everything was delicious. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Santo, Magda, and Arianna are amazing hosts. This was a great home-base for exploring Genoa and Cinque Terre, and perfectly located in the heart of Sestri Levante. ac was a blessing. laundry facility (with new machines and detergent powder free to guests) worked great. there is a sunny terrace for hanging laundry and beach items. great breakfast. super clean everything. Hospitality off the charts. free parking in walking distance.

I liked everything about this hotel . The location was excellent with perfect access to the beach . The hotel looked beautiful. The rooms were clean . Breakfast was really really good. So everything was perfect.

Classic Italian. Great pool & location, staff were great.

The hotel is in a quiet village with only about 100 inhabitants. It overlooks a valley. Out of my bedroom I saw sheep, chickens, donkey and a deer! Restaurant food was good as was breakfast. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Parking was readily available.

Location, cleanliness and front desk staff

Extremely friendly, polite staff and amazing cuisine

I loved all the fruit and big cup of cappuccino!

The property ins very well located next to the train station, making it easy to reach all the villages on the coast! The hosts are amazing persons, each morning they were preparing fresh eggs for us. They went above and beyond to feel us welcome and during our stay it was my boyfriend’s birthday and they made him a little surprise with a cake! Very nice people and I strongly recommend their hotel! Will definitely come back when on Ligurian Coast!

The owners were super friendly and helpful

I loved everything about the place. Perfect in every sense. Immaculate, beautiful and perfectly clean, great and very friendly staff.

Located right on the beach with convenient parking. The beach nearby is perfect as it not as crowded, while the water is amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff members were always nice, very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would recommend this spot to anyone who wants true sea experience. Also, the location of the hotel allowed us to fairly easy get to all the touristic attractions by car.

Excellent hotel. Situated close to the sea and the promenade for walks. Light, clean room, good bed, comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom has a good shower cabin and all the plumbing. There is a refrigerator with drinks, a safe. No unpleasant smells either in the room or on the floor. Excellent Italian breakfast. Garage for cars. Friendly and welcoming staff. We were satisfied with everything.

Great breakfast, super nice and helpful employees and cool location

The location was amazing and the staff was very helpful

Beautiful hotel! The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful—we especially loved that we could enjoy breakfast until late! I highly recommend their cappuccino. The staff went above and beyond, even providing us with beach towels since we didn't bring any. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the beach, the train station, and the supermarket. We loved our stay!
