The property is located in a very central part of Povoa de Varzim. it’s easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. The rooms are small, but very comfortable with all anyone needs. The kitchen has a large refrigerator to store food and the breakfast items provided for each guest. It would be possible to even cook a meal, if desired. The outside patio is a nice place to enjoy breakfast or relax. The hosts comunicate well and provide great advice for getting the most out of your visit.

Situated on the beach, away from the town yet close enough to geht everywhere most easily - even Oporto Airport was but a really quick drive. We ended our vacation there, more or less by chance. It wrapped up a splendid holiday in Portugal most perfectly! Friendliest and most helpful staff ever, most deliciuos authentical food and right at the seafront. We are sure to book here again when returning.

Darling little apartment mere steps from the beach. Hostess Inês was waiting for us. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a modern stove/oven, livingi/eatng area, very large separate bedroom, spotless bathroom with shower and washing machine, and electric blinds. There's a grocery store about 5 minutes walk, and it's just over 10 minutes to the metro station.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, good choice of hot and cold foods. The room was spotlessly cleaned everyday. The balcony view of the garden was lovely. Closest beach, Fragosinha, was the best beach, 15 minute walk. Metro was a 30 minute walk but did not feel that long. 30 minute walk to the main strip. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in great location, you can be on the beach in one minute walk, room is clean, has refrigerator, good Wi-Fi coverage in our room. room has air conditioner but unable to change temperature, our room is right above the hotel entrance, a little bit noisy, people talk aloud and car motor running sound at late night.

Hotel Avenida offers pretty and confortable rooms. My husband and I loved to stay there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We spent a lovely night there and we're pretty sure that we'll come back. Póvoa do Varzim is a really adorable town, with a lot great restaurants and bars.

Perfect for me. Nice little apartment 36 seconds from the beach, 30 seconds from the bakery and grocery store. Had everything I needed. Even coffee, tea, shampoo, detergent, everything. If I come back to this area, I with stay there for a week.

Great, comfortable unit, nice location. The kitchen, beds, bathrooms were all very nice and met expectations. Everything is very walkable in Povoa de Varzim and while this is not central it is within walking distance to almost everything.

Modern clean hostel in a quiet street of Póvoa de Varzim. Perfect location right on Camino de Santiago. Good food and beer close to the hostel. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend to all pilgrims!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We liked the breakfast. Good parking lot size. great help and recommandation for the location to visit around. Very clean hotel, we liked the balcony.

what a gem, fabulous. it’s a small hotel out in the outskirts of a small village and if in the area again will definitely use again. the staff were first class and so friendly and helpful.

The location was great—across the beach and centrally located, with great cafes and restaurants everywhere.
