The hospitality was really great. Good restaurant buffet....

Nice place to stay, parking was available, breakfast was pretty good also

That's ok for one night stay.

modern hotel, comfortably located near the highway exit. We booked the loft for us and our 2 kids, simply wonderful. The hotel personnel is extremely professional and friendly. The SPA is great, it deserves to spend a couple of hours there. Big thanks to the SPA personnel for the great support. The pizzas ordered at the hotel restaurant were delicious.

We liked that the hotel has a reception at night, which was very necessary for us due to a delayed flight and late arrival in Bergamo. The room had air conditioning, for which we are very grateful - it was very hot outside.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent parking

Great location, nice walking trails into the nearby village

Beautiful location and very considerate staff

Very nice place, classy and comfortable. The restaurant was also incredibly nice, very tasty food. Actually, I think it was the best in the area

I had expected a smaller building and was impressed by the location and its unique features, that were everywhere you looked. The building has lot of interesting history and is perfectly positioned for walking into the town, for the local facilities. The food served in the restaurant was excellent and very well priced.

Peaceful place, out of the city. Very nice staff.

It was a good facility and the breakfast was very satisfactory. It is a large hotel and everything is well prepared.

Personale super accogliente e accomodante!

The room was very clean and have all the facility o need

Top choice for travelers! Very very clean, a lot of toiletries as soap for face, intimate wash, slippers, toothbrush… great breakfast! Delicious coffee We were on our trip from Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and France. Slept in many hotel, but this retro style hotel stole our hearts with very helpful staff and extra clean all hotel, from parking, to entrance, elevator, breakfast area and rooms.

This was our best stay anywhere, ever! The proprietors were wonderful, kind and generous and made us feel very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Got upgrade for free, delicous breakfast. Staff was very nice.

The room is very clean and the bathroom is also very clean.

Great setting in the castello. Breakfast was not to bad. Room was small but cute.

Great accommodation, 5 minutes from motorway, next to shopping mall, Leoland, McDonald's and with big car park. Huge easy access elevator to the hotel floor. Top: Very comfy king sized bedding, great en-suite bathroom with strong and hot shower and all amenities you need for a good night's sleep including AC. Very fast and stable wifi, big TV screen and refrigerator, free hot beverages in the lobby with very good coffee choices and also a vending machine. The breakfast was 5 stars+, fresh, tasty, rich and a big variety of sweet and salty choises of great quality. The best was the staff: Very welcoming, always smiling and available, let's say customer service at its best. Absolutely recommended, also for an overnight sleep over for an early morning flight out of Milan Bergamo airport which is 10 minutes by car.

Excelent service, buffet breakfast and confort
