Hotel is very nicely decorated. Rooms are luxurious with nice big bed, beautiful lightning, nice colours, good big shower, very clean and we had a beautiful terrace as well. There is free water, kettle plus coffee and tea in the room. Very friendly staff at reception and cleaning!! And at breakfast very nice ladies! Delicious omelettes. Free parking place! And above all: such a good location right at the entrance of Pompeii!!

Fantastic location and very clean

The hotel’s location, rooms, and breakfast were excellent. It is ideal for visiting Pompeii and Naples. It has parking, and everything is within walking distance. We parked our car and took the train to Naples. The next day, we walked to the archaeological site, and they allowed us to keep the car parked. It was very convenient for us. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you very much for everything .

We really, really liked it. Delighted. We stayed for 5 nights, visited Vesuvius, Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, Naples, Caserta. The location is very good (we had a car). The well-kept territory of the hotel, a beautiful garden, you can enjoy your time by the pool. The views of Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples and the islands are simply mesmerizing every time. The service is pleasant and sincere, you feel welcome. Special thanks to Antonio for his excellent advice and attentive help. We wholeheartedly recommend Palazzo Rosenthal and would be happy to visit again

The room. It was fabulous. It was big, and all the appliances were new. Also, the hotel location was very close to the Pompeii Scavi, a walkway distance to Pompeii Scavi.

Fantastic location for a Pompeii hotel, not in front of the main gaite but a 10 minute walk, and right in front of the secondary entrance. The wonderful cortile access brings the noise down a few notches, so that when you enter the hotel you feel transported into a literal garden, which they take care of exquisitely. Updated rooms, air conditioning working perfectly, modern bathroom, a balcony and the breakfast buffett was perfect. The restaurant is good and a great option if you don't want to dine out. They provided a parking space in a very nearby parking. If I ever travel to Pompei again, this is the hotel I will be staying in.

Proximity to the main tourist attractions, including the railway station for Napoli and Herculaneum. The room was small but clean and well equipped.

The hotel is perfectly located for your stay in Pompeii. Directly in the center with the ruins in walking distance. Town, restaurants and shops also directly nearby. Our host even offered us a parking space (which was miraculously available) right next door for free which was an added bonus. The staff were very attentive and cordial. We felt very safe and secure there. The rooms are a bit dated but the beds were comfortable. There was even a small balcony overlooking the cathedral and square. Breakfast was also offered.
