The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was impeccable. When we checked in, we received a free upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Vincenzo which took his time to answer all our questions. He even printed the bus itinerary to help us reach Lake Como more easily. 100% recommend this hotel. P.S. When we checked out, we received a bag of homemade pasta from their restaurant, which was a very nice gesture.

I liked very much the hotel, the position and the breakfast with delicious croissant and cakes. The staff is amazing!

Exceptional service — even for one night!” We stayed just for one night, but everything was perfect — clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was super cozy, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended !

friendly staff clean, bright and comfortable I’ll be back

Reception, service and breakfast were excellent and a very kind personnel. Spacious amenities and lounge.

Very kind staff, good food, enough space in room for family, good location. Room was clean, bed is very soft me and my family enjoyed there. When i get chance to visit Italy again i will come here.

Secure parking. The bedroom and bathroom are both large and very clean. Lots of towels. The rooms is bright and the area very quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a snack, even comes with freshly baked croissants. There is a great Pizza place in 10 minute walking distance. Great to explore location to explore Lake Como.

Excellent, friendly welcome. Great food, served until 10pm.

Everything is perfect, location surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets are few steps. Train station is 3 min walk. Marvellous breakfast with a-lot of variety.

Amazing Nature, silence and beautiful hotel, delicious food in restaurant.

Walking distance from train station Nice Hosts Quiet place

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We had hoped to stay in the Como area but hadn’t realised it was a long holiday weekend so it was difficult to find accommodation. We had a tent with us for emergencies but the campsite which we found was 75€ which seemed crazy. Managed to find the Blu9 on booking.com for £84. The outside of the building was very smart with tall well kept hedges. Inside the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Our room was of a really good size with a very comfortable bad and large ‘well stocked’ bathroom. Breakfast was part of the price and was a mix of fresh breads and pastries yoghurts cereal etc, and the coffee was excellent. As an overnight stop off it was a lot better in terms of value than similar places.

We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely pleasantly surprised by these apartments! Everything was perfect, and we were amazed by how much attention was paid to every little detail. The apartment had absolutely everything we could possibly need: toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hair cap, intimate wash, shampoo, shower gel — and even condoms 🤭 Everything was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. The gorgeous bed surrounded by mirrors, including mirrors on the ceiling, created a very special and intimate atmosphere. ❤️‍🔥 The breakfast was fantastic! We had a really delicious and filling breakfast with fresh croissants and amazing coffee. The service was also excellent, and the lady at the bar was especially lovely and welcoming. But the best part for us was the parking! Having the car parked literally right outside the entrance to our room was incredible. We always knew our car was safe and under our eyes. Honestly, this was the best parking spot we experienced anywhere in Italy! We have never felt so relaxed about leaving our car. Overall, everything was absolutely wonderful. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast was more than good. The location is excellent.

Check-in was very smooth, no issues at all. really pretty and appreciated projector show by the restaurant. We were really happy to be on ground floor and have a little patio

Everything especially the price and location for my case

The owners and staff where very friendly ,kind and accommodated us at the last minute as we booked for the same night .

All clean and quiet, all was new in the room. Breakfast was very good and not expensive.

Staff was very helpful. Especially Mary and Victor. Room with garden view so no street noise. Hotel little outdated but clean and decent! Good space to park. Basic but good breakfast. Location good for stopover or for a few days to explore the area. Hotel bar open till late and several restaurants nearby!
