We had picked the location for a last minute stay and we were positively surprised. It is a wonderful place operated by wonderful people! Thanks to all staff members who were very kind, helpful and generous! It's a little gem at Lake Garda. Location is at the lake in a perfect strategic spot. Parking lot is right in front of the hotel, terrace has a generous size and overlooks the lake. Food was delicious and homemade and wine menu was very well selected. There is also a nice area with beach equipment and a jetty where we enjoyed the sunset. Our room on the top floor (elevator!) had a spectacular view and the size of the terrace was unexpected generous. We had sun beds, table and chairs and still lots of space. The room itself including bathroom/ shower was exceptionally clean and the equipment was very well functioning. Our kiddo loved the outdoor swing, table tennis and carousel on the terrace. The chill-out zone for parents is right next to :) It took us only a 30mins drive from Gardaland. We would choose the same location again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is beautiful with it's own swimming pool very relaxing the breakfast was gorge

Very nice family run Hotel. So friendly & clean accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. The under pass was great to have to reach the beach safely.

Very clean and very friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the dinner was excellent as well. The meals from the menu were very tasty and the portions were generous. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It was also equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable during the hot summer weather. We honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good food, great staff and right on the water

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The most beautiful view, very nice staff. There's hot water, the rooms are heated, the beds are comfortable. 100/10, I hope to come back again.

Very comfortable hotel. We had a stunning balcony lake view. Lake across the road ... literally 10 meters. 30 min walk to Malcasine along the coastal path. Pool was open and in the sun. Great restaurant. Busy even when other hotels were winding down. Water sports across the road. Lovely staff. And the most spotless clean hotel I ever stayed in. Spar shop and bus stop were 10 minutes walk away. Fabulous

Breakfast had an enormous choice, something to suit everyone. Eggs made to order, fresh fruits, and the list goes on.

Lovely location, amazing breakfast and friendly stuff! Only thing to notice is, that Booking.com shows wrong location and you will find the apartment 400m towards town center.

The view from the balcony is spectacular. The food in the sister hotel where you eat is fantastic.

The property is right off the lake, just 5 mins away from villages like Assenza, Brenzone Sul Garda, which then makes it so peaceful without missing out on the buzz of the place. Lake view in the morning is stunning. Host was very attentive and generous, they made sure we were taken care of! The place is newly renovated as well, super clean and well equipped.
