A lovely and cozy room with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Everything was clean, neat, and very comfortable. Special thanks to the host — warm and attentive. We arrived early and left our suitcases before check-in, and she later brought them up to the room herself — such a thoughtful gesture. The hairdryer in the bathroom was a small but very appreciated detail. And two pillows per person — a rare treat that I personally value a lot. The hotel is located high up, right next to the funicular, which means we had an absolutely stunning view from our balcony. And upon check-out — a small gift that was unexpected and very touching. Definitely a solid 5 out of 5. Bellissimo!

The Building and the location is very nice with a beautiful view on the hill looking to Como, however the old house walls are very thin made of wood and there are no noise insulation in between the rooms

IT is a hotel with nice view on the lake as well as the city. We arrived in the minute that there was rain and wind. The staff helped us in finding a proper parking place. Later in the dinner our wish outside the standard list was filled too.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. Our room was very cozy, and the staff had left some lovely treats for us — cupcakes, water, and candies. The hotel is located right in the heart of Como, which is super convenient. Everything was very clean and charming. The staff were absolutely wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and treated us amazingly well.

Really great location, so close to the lake! My room was facing out onto the square which can be quite noisy but the windows were great for soundproofing so it wasn’t an issue at all. The room was also really spacious and comfortable and the staff are really helpful and friendly!

Place and hotel is like the perfect conection of beauty and nature. I’m happy that I was part of this place for some period. Once it will be the best hotel in the world. At reception Alessandro was magnificent as a guide. He was the host that everyone want to have. Kind and helpfull - belive me, his attitude will let You feel that You are important for the place, not the money You spend there. All the parts of the hotel will be remembered for us as a gift for our anniversary. We will be back for sure.

The room was great! Comfy with lots of nice extra details and the shower just amazing:) Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very tasty. Everything was perfect! One of the hotels that we are very sad to leave but definitely will go back.

Right next to the historical district with lots of restaurants and shops.

Location, facilities and staff

Very quiet and peaceful place. The yard is nice and full of greenery. The administrators were very kind and helpful, big thanks to them. The lake is very close. It was a great stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel, yards from Lake Como and with plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, just perfect for a visit to Como The rooms were very well equipped, very comfortable bed and the outside space that our room had was perfect as we have a dog- the hotel provided him with a bed, bowls and treats (small supplement) Overall great value and super helpful young lady on reception

This is a very nice hotel with a great view of the lake from the terrace. The location is incredible near the center. If we are ever in Como again, we will definitely stay here. The staff is very polite. The breakfast was very delicious and with great view. We recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing stay at this GLhome! The location is absolutely perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the Duomo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the staff was welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better combination of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

We had the junior suite with the terrace ( balcony). These are the reasons for this rating :: Location - 50 m to Lake Como ferry ticket office n 150 m from Como Lago train station. - Easy access to the old city of Como - And that Makes it easy access to restaurants n other eating places. Room - Good size yet cozy - Very very clean. I was amazed that the oil heater in the room is spotlessly clean. - Fresh towels n Comfortable bed n pillows - Has all the toilet amenities incl a kettle - Bright n well lit room with good block out for a good night rest Breakfast n Service - Healthy n a fresh spread - Wonderful service from the restaurant staff ie. Grace , Bea n Jade.. cheerful n attentive. Reception - Enjoyed a warm n cheerful welcome by Francesca (#1) when we checked in after a 14 hours red eye flight. - Both Francesca # 1 & #2 were a delight to chat with to get advice on what to do and where to go for the few days that we had at Lake Como (as this is low season for this region). OVERALL :: Highly recommend staying at Albergo Terminus for all the above reasons
