Me and my boyfriend stayed the night during the AC/DC concert. The owner (who wasn't present on Sunday at the accomodation) texted me to give me directions how to get to the venue, even though we already knew that. She was very sweet. The staff was nice, the restaurant had good food and the breakfast was mostly sweets and some sandwiches. Plenty to choose. The location was remote, parking big enough, and the surroundings were beautiful. The interior was nice and our room cozy and fashioned in an old style. We loved it!

Fully deserved 10! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - in a separate, historic building. Right in the centre of Lugo, but still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, served in an elegant restaurant. Nothing to add, really :) The hotel staff cares about all the little details that make the stay perfect! Last but not least - the price was quite average but the experience truly exceptional!

The hotel was really unique. It was an antique hotel. The staff was really nice, especially the man at the reception (I think his name was Mirko) who was so kind to welcome us with coffee and tiramisu. The room was big and exceptionally clean. It was totally worth it! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The location was excellent and very convenient. The whole hotel was wonderful, beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again one day.

I opted for this hotel as I felt the price was very good for 2 nights. From start to finish I could not have asked for anymore. Roberto was very quick to respond to me and very friendly as I was arriving after 11pm so I needed to check myself in. This set up was very impressive for me and Roberto made me feel at ease as I knew exactly what I must do to check myself when I first arrived. The room was very modern and clean with a huge TV on the wall with all channels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was very nice too. Breakfast was very tasty with a very good choice and all for just €7!!! I was very impressed that all the staff in the hotel spoke perfect english as I only speak english myself so that really was a bonus that I was not expecting. The small shop in front of reception was very handy and it was fitted with all the essentials along with snacks and drinks which also was just a great thing to have as a guest in the hotel. Roberto was very friendly and even called a taxi for me and answered all questions that I had as I was not familiar with the area. Denata at reception was also very friendly, accomodating and helpful. All staff I dealt with were really of a very high standard and just lovely. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Faenza and I will be back!
