What a gem of a place! Beautiful nature, comfortable apartment, amazing pool surrounded by lush hills. There is even a hiking opportunity on the property. This was a great place for our family (including a 7 year old). We loved staying here. The town of Varzi is very charming and close by and day trips to swimming spots on the Trebbia river are under an hour away. Sara and Davide were gracious hosts. Davide is the king of cappucini, salame, apple juice, and good conversations!

We found this lovely place while travelling through the area and were looking for somewhere with a washing machine after two weeks on the road. Booking was easy and we immediately had good contact with the owner. We received a warm welcome from the friendly owner and his beautiful large dogs. The property is located high in the mountains with wonderful views over the valley. We instantly felt at home. The guest house next to the main house was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Being able to do two loads of laundry was a great bonus. Parking was right in front of the accommodation and everything was on one level, which made our stay very convenient. The bathroom was well equipped with extra toiletries and small touches that were appreciated. The owner spoke English and gave us recommendations for local restaurants. We followed his advice and enjoyed two excellent dinners. Overall, we felt very welcome, comfortable and safe during our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return.
