Situated in the heart of Caserta, Hotel dei Cavalieri overlooks the green Piazza Luigi Vanvitelli. It is less than 300 metres from the Royal Gardens of the Royal Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Location - within walking distance to the Palace - 5 minutes away. Shopping area again just 5 minutes away. Lovely restaurant just down the street for lunch. Park in front of the hotel gives it a nice feeling. Hotel restaurant was also very good.
Featuring free WiFi and a terrace, Cas'E Charming House offers pet-friendly accommodation in Caserta, 200 metres from Royal Palace of Caserta. Guests can enjoy the on-site snack bar. They simply care about the well-being of the people who stay here. You can notice that in the little details in the room and at breakfast. And the warm host. Decorations are modern but with a lot of charm. The bed, the pillows and the sheets felt wonderful. Breakfast was the best I had in Italy. Lots of sweet and savory options. Delicious cheeses, cakes, drinks, etc. You can crawl to restaurants and pubs if you want. The location is very central.
Villa Maria Cristina is a modern hotel with a summer swimming pool and an elegant restaurant. It is a 5-minute walk to Caserta Train Station and 10 minutes' walk from the Royal Palace. The hotel is a little oasis in the middle of Caserta. If you're there to visit the palace, this is an excellent and close property.
Just 200 metres from the Royal Palace's gardens and a 15-minute walk from Caserta Station, Antico Cortile is in Caserta’s centre. It offers classic-style and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Very pleased with the B&B. Clean pleasant surroundings close to the Reggia. Friendly helpful staff.
Covered by a stunning glass dome, Plaza Caserta is 2 km from the Royal Palace of Caserta. It offers 2 restaurants, a large outdoor pool, and modern rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Lovely big room and very pleasant staff, good selection for breakfast. Great stay.
Grand Hotel Vanvitelli offers elegant accommodation 5 minutes’ drive from Caserta’s historical centre. Guests can take in lovely views from the roof garden or enjoy a swim in the pool. This hotel really is grand. Quite spectacular atrium and hotel has friendly staff, excellent breakfast and onsite parking. Very relaxing after a must see visit to the Palace and gardens in Caserta.

Offering a restaurant and a bar, Hotel Ristorante Novecento is set in a former 18th-century convent in a historic hamlet of Caserta. This hotel features spacious en suite rooms with free WiFi. Pizza in the restaurant is very tasty and incredibly cheap.
Just 300 metres from Caserta Railway Station, the New Baby Hotel offers modern design and free Wi-Fi. The Reggia di Caserta palace is a 5-minute walk away. Private parking is available. We were apprehensive going here based on the price and reviews. But it was brilliant!

The Regina is a comfortable hotel located very close to the centre of Caserta, and near the access point to the A1 motorway. Everything was perfect. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
Caserta is a small provincial town not far from Naples, about 40 minutes by train. There are many Boutique style shops, a lovely square and the Corso. Main attraction is the Reggia and Caserta Vecchia, a hilltop medieval town with lots of restaurants.
The only reason to come here is to explore the Reggia - the Bourbon palace and its park. The latter especially is stupendous. Food options in Caserta were a little limited if you wanted more than pizza or ice cream - the town has a faded grandeur but it is certainly faded.
The palace and gardens were breathtaking, but bring a waterbottle or purchase a drink before leaving the palace. The gardens have limited exits. Nello's Pizzeria is delicious and the staff are friendly! For dinner make sure you call to reserve a table for any sit down restuarant. We decided to eat at Risorante Officina 14 and were "lucky" they had a table left. The food was good but the service we received was poor. After our plates were cleared we asked for the check and waited a half hour before another server walked by our table to ask for it again.
Lovely medieval village. Nice places to eat and friendly people. Great views of the mountains, Naples and mount vesuvius. However, if you are looking for nightlife, this is not the place to be. No shops either. This is not the main town but a little village about 15 min drive into the hills. The restaurant at hotel caserta antics has lovely food. Also, the pizzeria and ice cream place just at the top of the road from the hotel. When you arrive at the airport, the cheapest way to get there is the bus. Go to information and they will give you a timetable. You walk out of airport and keep going until you reach the large roundabout. Cross over and turn right. There is a bus stop. The company is called antec. Don’t expect a big bus. More a mini bus with caserta on the front. This will cost you 2 euros pp. it will drop you at the train station in caserta. Get the 103 mini bus. This will take you to the village. 1.50 euros pp. if you get a taxi from airport it will cost you at least 100 euros.
Caserta is not well known amongst foreign tourists which is shame as the main feature of the town is the Royal Palace (or Reggia as it's known locally). It is an amazing building with the most beautiful gardens and water cascades - you can walk, cycle or take a pony and trap ride up through the long paths past the waterfalls and cascades. A small minibus runs the route as wellong as it's quite a long way if someone has mobility problems. Cultural events and exhibitions are also held there. Apart from that there are great bars and restaurants showcasing the local cuisine of Campania and good shopping opportunities too.

The staff are very helpful. My ruck sack tore & the reception staff lent me needle & thread ( even threading the needle) for the repair. They are mostly gentle and kind. I like that the hotel is well back from the road, traffic noise is distant. Good to see flowers as well as shrubbery. The Pranza was very tasty. I liked hearing the church bells and the terraces.

Great location, right near the Reggia entrance, convenient for shopping, and about a 10-15 minute walk from station. Staff very polite, friendly, attentive and proactive (my brother tripped and hurt his hand as he was coming into the hotel and they provided us with an ice spray then a pack of ice right away). Fantastic restaurant near door.

The B&B was centrally located. Ten minute walk from train station and five minutes to the Royal Palace. Several restaurants and coffee shops on the same street. Shopping area within ten minutes. It was immaculate and Guiseppe insured I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this B&B when visited Caserta.

The owner Patrizia is a gem of a person. So helpful and informative and welcoming. It was lovely to be able to walk into a beautiful back yard and pick an orange to eat. The house is beautiful and Patrizia has thought of everything for a lovely stay. The town of Caserta is wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

We spent two nights here whilst in town for my daugther's orchestra concert. The rooms were very clean and a great value for the money. Also, rooms were quiet spacious. Our rate included breakfast, which was decent. The chocolate croissants are excellent! Hotel had large pool on site.
