We, group of friends, had visited the hotel for ski holidays and thanks to the beautiful location and very gentle staff we had an outstanding experience. The structure of the hotel as new and very curated, excellent delusions breakfast, and of course spa and outdoor jacuzzi were the part of that experience. We loved this hotel! The location is unbeatable, and staff were very helpful with directions and cable car tickets. We would definitely come back. Huge room with comfortable bed and great shower, and a handy ski storage room for easy access to and from the pistes, which were a very short walk away.

Nice little village with lovely people and a couple of nice...

Nice little village with lovely people and a couple of nice places to eat in the day and early evening. The shop was open most of the week and had a good range even though it was small. There was plenty of parking in the carpark for our car (and a great price for the week) at the bottom of the cable car which ran every half an hour from 7:30am to 10:30pm. Good value tickets for the two of us for 10 rides each which is all we needed for our week's holiday. The walks from Chamois were really lovely although quite hard going up and down the mountains which were quite steep but worth the views from the top. In season you can get a chair lift but we liked the challenge!! One week was plenty for us, we had a fab time and glad it wasn't too hot for our walks.

It was beautiful location. Very unique taking tram to the village. Excellent facilities. Loved the spa. Great restaurant and breakfast. But flight delay caused us to be a day late. We notified the hotel ahead of time and they still charged us for that night. It was a lot of money and I was extremely disappointed because we spent a ton of money for the other nights and the food.

Hotel has a terrace with a great view of the mountains, and many nice amenities, like the game room and the reading room. People working there were all very nice and helpful. SPA was definitely a plus, especially after a day of hiking the Alps. Room was a nice size and clean.

Beautiful village, great views from the window, good breakfast. Very quite, there are no cars in the village, you will hear only sounds of nature. Price is very budget comparing to other hotels. Strongly recommend!
