They couldn't be more helpful - from answering questions, recommending places to go or restaurants, even ringing on our behalf to reserve a table, they were great (from pool staff to reception - they were all great). Facilities were of a standard that made our stay very comfortable. We noticed a lot of renovations going on in sections of the resort but it didn't interrupt our time at all - congratulation to the management of the resort. When renovations are complete, I'm sure the resort will go to an even higher level of hospitality. Breakfast, like everything else was excellent - variety, freshness and a broad range of food that should keep the fussiest eaters happy.

GermanyOur stay at this accommodation was simply amazing, and this was all thanks to the exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and accessibility of the host.
We made a small mistake with our booking, accidentally booking one day less than intended. However, instead of presenting us with a problem, the host handled it in the kindest and most helpful way imaginable. He was always reachable and went above and beyond what one would expect from a host.
First and foremost, he displayed great understanding of our error and assured us that he would arrange an alternative accommodation for us. What's best is that he didn't just make empty promises but actually followed through. He found a new place for us that was not only as comfortable as the original one but also in an equally fantastic location.
But that's not all - the host even took it upon himself to ensure the safe transportation of our luggage to the new accommodation. This kind of service and care is truly rare and sets this accommodation apart from others.
The entire experience showed us how vital it is to have a host who thinks not just in terms of business but also prioritizes the well-being of their guests. We are deeply grateful to the host and will highly recommend this accommodation to anyone in search of warm hospitality and excellent service.

NetherlandsFantastic stay! The hosts are very helpful in providing recommendations for local shops and restaurants. The apartment is extensive in size and has all the facilities one may need (washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and great AC). The location is also great, close to many great beaches and in a quiet spot. All in all, I would definitely recommend Villa Rosa!

More than anything our host Franco was so unbelievably kind and gracious we felt so comfortable and at home here. He really went above and beyond to give us a wonderful stay.

Great quiet white sandy beaches and bright blue sea for swimming and suits all ages. Nice small cafes.
Having a car is important in our view. Lots of places quickly accessible by road,but not otherwise.
Very good food in all the restaurants we went to, from risottos to wide range of fresh fish and lovely Caprese and Tonno salads.
Not a place for touristy shops, which we were very happy about!
Sample Mirto, the pokey local drink, but don't drive or plan anything sensible afterwards!

Wonderful If you are looking for a very chilled vacation, great food, in beautiful natural surroundings, consistently good weather, lovely people, with beaches that are the best in Europe… the sand and water remind us of the Caribbean. We have stayed in Pula and Chia…

A small town with a mini market for groceries, 2 restaurants...
A small town with a mini market for groceries, 2 restaurants & 3 fruit & veg stalls. We ate in both restaurants and they were excellent. You would need a car or bike to get around & see the beaches. Thankfully we had a car with air conditioning as it was very hot.

wonderful location. I have read many reviews and cannot reconcile them with our experience. It was a top class beach hotel, gym facilities are excellent to keep you ticking over, no barbells, dumbbell 2 x 16 kg heaviest but super cable machine - top cardio machines.
The spa too was excellent. The views are simply heavenly everywhere, rooms are comfortable. The beach and the crystal clear water are the highlight of this resort with your own chairs, towels available, just amazing. A special thanks to the Customer care team, who are relentless in their pursuit to fulfil customer satisfaction and tanks to all the wonderful staff members and restaurant managers. It’s the people who really make any place special and they are great. We will return

I had a great weekly stay at Veridia Nature Resort in Chia. I travelled solo to this resort and I enjoyed the beach, fitness, e-bikes, good food and amazing views. Would 100% come back here. I definitely want to give a shoutout to a few…Giorgia (Alima restaurant), Jorge (beach), Elena (reception) and Carlo (porter) made my stay unforgettable, their work-ethic, genuinely thoughtful service and enthusiasm is unmatched. Keep up the good work and wish you the best!

Couldn't have asked for anything better especially location just seconds to the Laguna full of flamingos and 5 minutes from the amazing beach. Just one tip, renting a car will also make a big difference 😀
Only little thing we wished for was a kettle to be able to make some coffee that's all but otherwise all perfect 👍👌
