Hotel near the railway station and about 3 minutes to main road into old town for restaurants, and harbour. Breakfast very good: fruit juice, sweet croissant, yoghurt, chocolate tart (local speciality), delightful cappuccino (more coffee choices), jams and honey. Bedroom good size, and although on the backyard of railway station, no noise. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Drinks machines on groundfloor (but need coins). Lift. Check out earlier than usual, 10:30 am. Recommend!

The staff was really friendly and kind. They were totally ok with me leaving my backpack there some hours in advance even before check-in, which was a big relief. My room was clean and in general had an excellent stay. The free breakfast in the morning was also really nice 🙂

Brilliant staff and fantastic location if you’re travelling by train to Cinque Terre.

I actually liked the hotel a lot, I really liked the bed and the room! Had a balcony which is such a +! Nice view and a chill room to myself! The staff was very polite and the location of the hotel is great, especially if you’re visiting Cinque Terra by train!

Very nice and friendly staff; ladies at the reception were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice too with diverse options (pancakes/waffles; eggs and bacon; cornflakes; cold cuts; cheese….). Room was ok; the best part was really really big bed and comfortable mattress. As I was traveling with car garage was a huge plus!!!

As the name says, special botique center town hotel. Great location to tackle all touristic attractions, from 5terre to Porto Venere. Not to mention La Spezia is also very nice. Recommend this hotel, very friendly personnel and delicious local food breakfast 👍

The view has amazing and the location was perfect fir me. Near the pier where I took a boat to Cinque Terre.

It was a really nice experience! The shower was amazing, good pressure and hot (is usually rare). Also the bed had a good firm matress, we slept very well. The Breakfast was a buffet and had a good selection of sweet and savory foods, my kids (3 and 7) found everything they liked. there is a coffee/cappucino machine ready to use. The staff was friendly and helpful. In the lobby you can get a drink or a coffee.

Breakfast was perfect!!! The location is perfect too!!!

It had amazing panoromanic view! Staff was nice and food was tasty. Amazing family business! Recommend !

We liked very much this hotel, people who are working there are very helpful, available, and very very kind. The breakfast was very good. The diner on the terrasse was gastronomic and amazing with a very beautiful view. Easy to park the car. Not far from Porto Venere. The swimming pool was great and very clean all the hotel and bedroom was very clean.

Very nice Hotel to stay in Le Grazie. Close to Bus station and very beautiful places nearby. Staff is very friendly and I’d feel very welcomed during my stay.

Location , access to lobby and rooms. Balcony with sea views. The dicounted supply of car parking ticket

We had a room with terrace and sea view - do I need to say anything else? We loved it and breakfast was also really good!

Quiet, simple, beautiful location. Bring groceries. WiFi iffy but sometimes okay. Great place to unplug, explore an old hilltop town, hiking nearby - all the way to cinque terra (3hrs) - also a van will take you and drop you off early morning and pick you up evening time for fee. La Spezia about 20mins away - can park car at train station there and train in to cinque terra - or take ferry from there. Slow down - relax - enjoy! Stayed in 3 bedroom annex ground floor short walk from parking - spacious, everything needed to cook, place was clean. Hotel has other options.

Location, about 100m to the train station to Cinque Terre

The hotel is pretty! The room was spacious and the bed big and comfortable. We also appreciated having a small fridge inside the room. Everything was super clean and the staff were nice.

Parking, good breakfast, location the the canter and train station, AC,

Lovely friendly staff on Reception especially Sofia, Maria and Desiree, who are so nice and helpful, great location under 10 minutes walk from the station and Town centre shopping , harbour and restaurants . A fridge and kettle were provided which was great, also excellent value for money. When I return to La Spezia, I will definitely stay here ! Grazie molto.

A very welcoming atmosphere for travel weary tourists. We felt instantly relaxed.

The owners were lovely The hotel was small but friendly and comfortable Our room was cleaned despite our mess. The aircon worked well and the bed had blankets which were needed. There was always water in our fridge. The TV was modern and we could log in to Netflix our own account.

Owner waited for us to arrive past check-in time which was very much appreciated despite them not needing to necessarily.
