Restaurant on sight was great. They provided secure bike parking. The manager was extremly helpful.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast, comfortable room in convenient location. We stayed whilst travelling through Italy. Chivasso is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants.

The staff was very helpful. The location is great.

Clean and quiet, the bed is good.

The staff were great. We arrived in the morning and they organised for the room to be cleaned quickly so that we could move in. It was so kind and helpful.

Unique in every sense. The owner gave us a guided tour of the beautiful grounds, steeped in history. Simply stunning!

We stayed at the hotel some days ago (DEC/2023) during a very crowded holiday in Italy. Everything went great, check in was easy, the room was clean and had a nice view of the train station. It's a great choice and value for money for someone who wants to visit Torino. The staff was overwhelming helpful and gentle.

Staff was great, facilities were OK

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly

This place is a pure GEM! From the architecture of the Castle that first parts dates from Middle Age period, to the Two fantastic "Lebanon Cedars" in front of the main entrance that are absolutely Majestic (their age is estimated about 400 to 700 years old!), to the magnificent gardens, full of flowers, fantastic trees, and marble statues... to add the interior that is a "museum" per se, meaning that every piece of furniture, decoration, chandelier or tableware is unique. You take your breakfast eating with silver tea pots, forks and knifes, with porcelain cups and dishes, and hand cut crystal glasses... not to mention that the food is delicious, local and you are served like the Land Lord of the place. A special mention goes to the beds: there are 3 layers of mattresses (!) the last layer on the top is something like 12cm high of down, the linens are perfect and you have 3 pillows/person. When you lye down in the bed you are in a cocoon. I've voyaged a lot, in very good conditions, I've have had fantastic experiences, but this one is far above any expectations! The bathroom was in my suite looking the two Magnificent Lebanon Cedars, that were full of birds. I can only recommend this place for the experience of a peaceful luxury.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The location close to the autostrada.
