The room was like a villa with two baths balkony etc.

room is spacious for the price. Bathroom is clean and large. Bed is comfy. They accepts dogs and the fee for the dogs is cheap! For short stay it is perfect. To the Arezzo city center, I cannot say it is walkable, maybe around 40 min. one way, but if you have a car, there is no problem at all.

A clean, well mantained quiet and modern hotel not far from the old city. The hotel stuff was excellent.

Easy parking for motorcycle, I loved the funky collection of memorabilia. Excellent meal, all at a really reasonable price and friendly staff.

The location is great, they have simple but nice breakfast. Rooms are exactly what you need, nothing too much, but very nice. The terrace is beautiful.
