Located only 2 minutes drive from the waterfallr, the best way i can describe the room is, As close to a modern hotel room as you will ever find. It is really well decorated, 100% clean with a very comfortable bed, a good shower and lots of hot water. The complementary coffee was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle for the cup of tea was great. We reallyvenjiyed the outside area and having the table and chairs was great. There is plenty of offroad parking on the opposite side of the road. Delighted with our stay here.

The house was very clean & comfortable. My husband and I travelled there by car with our cat & our dog! We stayed for Christmas week & it was the perfect self catering holiday cottage, we hiked in new locations each day & relaxed with home cooking every evening. The host, Simona was very kind & she even delivered wood & showed us how to operate the heating! Hiking highlights Marmore waterfalls, Rieti centre of Italy & Narni geographical centre of Italy! The cottage is a great base for a week of exploring

Very nice and clean. Has everything you need in it. Slept good. Heather switch on and off automatically when is needed . So house was kept with temperature. Beautiful historical houses. Warm and friendly neighborhood. Neighborhood is quiet. Supermarket was 13 minutes drive.

Wonderful hosts who were extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Comfortable, beautiful and clean accomodation with well preserved history. The location is slightly out of town but adds to the peacefulness of the stay. The breakfast was an amazing start to the day. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for one night (19.07.-20.07.2024), I could have stayed longer if I had known how cool this place is and the vacation would have been longer. The hotel has magnificent, breathtaking views across the valley in two directions. Breakfast is classic Italian, as it should be. The coffee tasted good and the views from the breakfast terrace were fantastic. There are several places to eat dinner and a supermarket within a short drive. A good bonus is the pool where you can cool off from the hot summer weather. The manager is a very friendly and very positive person.☀️ Thank you!🙏 I definitely recommend this place.
