Hotel Reali has all you need for a wonderful vacation in the extremely beautiful Val d'Orcia. Nice and comfortable room with a splendid view, very delicious food in the restaurant, but most of all - the kind, supportive and very friendly staff. We want to thank once again Diego, who made us feel like special guests. Not to be missed - the spacious parking, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Gianni and his wife are very friendly and kind , while keeping professional. The location is very good with a free parking place at front of hotel. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also great, very good coffee, ham, cheese, croissants, and also cakes made by his wife

If you want to feel extra cared for, as if from a different time, this is a place to be. We stayed just one night, but everything was perfect. For travellers in summer - temperature in room is easily adjustable and kept cool. Had to attend an event in the city and we were given extra researched information from reception. Event ended late at night, but we were waited for and could safely get in, as the keys are kept in reception while you are away and get them back on return. Breakfast is prepared for your liking and customised for those with different diet (we had a gluten intolerant person and were given special bread and jam). There was no bus at the time we needed, but taxi was arranged. People working there are very attentive and with great experience, quickly resolve situations and patiently help where needed. Definitely would stay there again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Ambasciatori Wellness & Spa in Chianciano Terme, and we had a pleasant and relaxing experience overall. The staff truly stood out with their friendliness and accommodating nature. Despite arriving much earlier than the check-in time, they welcomed us warmly, offering us a drink while recommending great places to visit and dine around the area. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay. The spa on level 4 was a highlight—a serene place to unwind while taking in the lovely view. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the area. Our room was clean and tidy, with all the essentials we needed. While the bed wasn’t fully comfortable due to slightly noticeable springs, it didn’t significantly affect our sleep as we still managed to rest well. We also enjoyed the hotel’s charming facade, where we could sip tea or coffee while admiring the fantastic views—such a delightful experience! Overall, the hospitality, relaxing spa, and beautiful setting made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our visit so pleasant!

The quality of the hotel was well worth the price paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was excellent. I even got offered freshly cooked scrambled eggs, on top of the variety of food and drinks served at the buffet.I recommend this hotel if you are travelling on a tight budget.
