It is our second time at this hotel and it became our favourite one in Puglia. We love the big swimming pool. The cleanliness in the room. The staff from the reception is always kind and smiling.

What a magical place! Everything was absolutely perfect, I only wish we had stayed longer. The Tenuta is beautiful: a rare balance of a historic building with contemporary touches that set it apart from most of the masserie in the area, which are all starting to look and feel alike. You can see how much love, heart, and thought the owners have poured into bringing the property back to life. It's also wonderfully intimate - small enough that you feel like a guest in a private home rather than one of many, which makes the whole stay feel personal. My favourite spot was by the pool at sunset, overlooking the vineyards. An aperitivo to remember! And the breakfast deserves its own mention: beautiful, generous, and clearly made with care - the perfect start to the day. The service is what stayed with us most. Nothing feels scripted or routine. It's genuine, spontaneous, and deeply personal, the kind of attentiveness that comes from people who clearly care rather than follow a checklist. It creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful place, genuine people, unforgettable stay. Thank you, we'll be back!

Our family of four had the most wonderful stay at Masseria Tarsia Morisco. The hosts were incredibly gracious and accommodating, and every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The pool was the perfect escape from the summer heat, the rooms were charming, and every meal was delicious. The breakfasts each morning were a highlight of our stay! The location was ideal—just a short drive to Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. If we’re lucky enough to return to Puglia someday, we’ll absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The host, Barbara, was very helpful and welcoming and the place is very nice, comfortable, clean and calm.

Beautiful location, the hotel is really nice and clean, rooms are very spacious and beautiful... The staff was very kind and at your disposal at all times... Every room has at least a partial sea view which is great, but maybe it would be nice if there were small balconies where you could sit and relax and dry your beach accessories... Only few rooms have proper balconies... But nevertheless, it is a beautiful hotel to which we hope return again in the future...

We loved the exceptional location, set on what feels like a small peninsula surrounded by the sea. It is also perfectly located, with easy access to both Bari and Polignano a Mare. The facilities were excellent, including convenient parking, complimentary bicycles, a relaxing spa, and a jacuzzi. The highlight of each morning was the fantastic breakfast served right by the sea, with breathtaking views. Everything made for a truly memorable stay.

Everything!😊 Beautiful and huge farm, well maintained, friendly and kind owner, amazing pool which my kids loved, delicious breakfast, specious and clean apartment, playground for kids, great location to explore the region. Definitely coming back.

Fantastic location, right on the cliff overlooking the sea. Very friendly who were happy to help with anything you needed. Parking was very close to the hotel with a car from the hotel to pick you up if needed although it was so close it was not needed
