The hosts are very hospitable. The apartment is spacious, a lot of beds, two bedrooms and a huge living room. Surprise, a large refrigerator and a lot of ice in the freezer for drinks after a long journey. I was very pleased with the garden with a swimming pool and clean water. Rome is 45 minutes away on free roads. The best accommodation for green tourism. Recommended for large groups!

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location in the countryside. The place has a private parking closed with a gate and 2 terraces to sit outside. Very nice quiet location, not far from a train station. The fact that the internet is not optimum is due to the location in the countryside but the house is equipped with WIFI which just sometimes falls away and comes back after short time with good connection. For sure for my next assignments for work i would come back.

We had never stayed at an agriturismo before and didn't know what to expect. The star of the establishment is without doubt the restaurant - they have a beautiful outdoor space with hundreds of fairy lights, comfy and relaxed seating areas, the option of an unlimited buffet and an indoor restaurant with à la carte menu. On Friday and Saturday nights the place filled up with locals coming for dinner, and the food was excellent. The location is beautiful, in the midst of olive groves, but not walkable - you will need a car to get here and get around. It is about half an hour from Rome but you don't feel like you are anywhere near the city as it is so quiet and peaceful. The rooms do feel like an afterthought (which they probably were) - they are basic and sparsely furnished but clean and located near the pig sty! (You don't smell the pigs but you do hear them in the morning if you leave the window open, although this didn't bother us.) Much more annoying, unfortunately, was the owner's dog, which took to barking at night and in the mornings. There is no reception so you just have to grab a member of staff who will take you to your room, but the beds are made and rooms cleaned daily. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Luca's apartment the Lupin House is a complete equipped flat with a huge living-kitchen room, a bedroom, toilet with shower and bd, floor, balcony and some household cleaning utensils. The house is placed very close to the castle of Sant Angelo Romano. From this mountain you have a wonderful view from the east of Rome straight over the whole landscape. This active location offers a dozen of fascinations in the street and on the market place like festivals and ceremonies. This area is recommended by me as a very good place for recreation.
