Beautifully decorated room, very clean and cozy. It’s equiped with everything you need and the owners are very nice and friendly. Also, you have access to the patio where you can chill and have a drink. The location is great, very close to the city center and main square (5 minute walk), and the breakfast place is just a minute away. Without a doubt, one of the best BNB’s we’ve ever stayed in.

We used Empoli as a base as the train station offered many...

We used Empoli as a base as the train station offered many possibilities as a central hub. We did however really enjoy a lovely walk in the scenic hills. The center was clean and had a really nice vibe to it and the locals were very friendly. We were also told by a historian that the city had a good museum of art although we didn't have time to investigate further unfortunately due to time.

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. The surroundings had lovely scenery and the nearby town was vibrant. Public transportation was quite a challenge and getting a taxi was not much easier. You can get most places by walking but if you have mobility issues you will struggle. I would definitely stay again though, very nice place! 😁

A gorgeous authentic Italian town just outside Florence with great train routes to Siena, Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre. It's the perfect location if you're planning to have a Tuscan base to explore the area but don't want to pay Florence prices. The locals are all friendly and look out for everyone.

5 STAR review. What an amazing find. This wonderful boutique B&B set a few yards from the centre of Empoli. We had a beautiful en suite room with everything catered for, including aircon for the warm evenings. Sunny large balcony with soft lighting to sit out in the evenings. Monia and the girls keep everything immaculate. Monia helped us out with taxis and was always met with a warm, friendly greeting by all. Amazing value for money. Highly recommended.

A beautiful space that’s easy to feel at home in, with plenty of room for one or two or more. It’s a loft apartment with a modern feel and beautiful collection of books and art. Paolo is a fantastic host, responsive and able to answer any questions. There’s a supermarket within 8 minutes walk and a beautiful park equally close- only 20 mins walk to Empoli station or having a bicycle makes life even easier!

I travel a lot and have stayed in many nice hotels. This is a little jewel in the area with only 6 rooms. Very clean and loved the smell of the diffusers all over. Breakfast was a’ la carte with a good selection of pastries and cooked choices, very nice and fresh. Had dinner at the restaurant which was excellent, the best seafood around the area outside Florence city and a great wine list too.
