We stayed at Nautilus B&B Suite Design for 8 nights in early June and again for 9 nights in late June 2025. We travelled from Australia to visit family in Italy. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff, Cristiana, Lorena, and Cristiana are always so welcoming, friendly and caring. We looked forward to breakfast every morning where we were always greeted with smiles and lovely conversations. There are many choices available for breakfast and we can honestly say that our breakfast here was delicious and our favourite meal of the day. I often chose pear juice, a croissant full of custard cream, blueberry yoghurt, scrambled eggs on toasted Tuscan flatbread and a cappuccino. Much more than I eat for breakfast at home but it was always so good, I couldn’t resist. We were also provided with as much bottled water that we wanted everyday. After returning for our second stay later in June we were so warmly welcomed back. We felt like we were coming home to family. Our accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We loved being able to control the air conditioning temperature of our living area and our bedroom independently. We also loved the rainfall and waterfall shower with the many tiny colour changing lights in the shower ceiling. If we return to Italy, we will definitely stay here again. Everything about this property is perfect, especially the owner and her staff who will do anything to make your stay comfortable and really enjoyable.

We loved staying in this bed and breakfast place!

We loved staying in this bed and breakfast place! It is family owned business and they all do everything they can, above and beyond, so that their guests will feel comfortable and happy. The building was recently renovated and beautiful, the room was big and very comfortable, and the location could not be better! Few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the promenade. We hope to come again.

Problem of Follonica services - not working parking automats...

Problem of Follonica services - not working parking automats, no parking place, not working garbage baskets/containers. But great nightlife, many place to spend and enjoy day and night time. Aqua park is wonderfull, night park with carts, mini-golf and many other games. Restaurants to enjoy all types of food.

Very well-thought room facilities - we felt like in a 4 star hotel. Easily controllable air conditioning. Huge smart TV with YouTube. Simple but delicious Italian breakfast in a bar just across the street (coffee and sweet pastry of your choice). The host Patrizia was extremely kind and helpful. We were well taken care of. Oh, almost forgot about the beach - it is literally a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The beach in Follonica was one of our favourites along the Tuscan beach line.

Everything was excellent. It was the best accomodation and the most friendly host I've experienced in 10 years Im using booking.com. Apartment was spacious. Absolutely clean, full of light. Two huge teraces. Sea view. Sun terase on the top of the building with jacuzzi. If I could I would rate it 12 out of 10 😉. If you go to Follonica this is the place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We stayed only one night and wished we could stay longer. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel is very clean and beautifully furnished. All staff were very kind and helpful. Great breakfast with very good selection. A few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend!
