A lovely bright and beautifully clean and comfortable room overlooking a park in a great location. Our host, Sonia communicated really well and it was lovely to meet her in a nearby piazza so she could take us directly to to the apartment. Loved the access to the kitchen and the snacks left there for us too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, fabulous gardens and pool and the nicest host you could meet. Very quiet location, I slept like a baby. Claudia, the host, was very welcoming and friendly, really making us feel at home. It was more like a shared villa than a b&b, which made it exceptional value for money. There was no one else staying so we had the place to ourselves. Bed was comfortable, and the spa bath was a lovely touch.

We loved everything about our stay at Sonia’s place. A perfect stop on the Via Francigena - the apartment was spotless & had all the thoughtful amenities provided including snacks, water, & a mashing machine & large clothes rack for drying clothes - plus Sonia had great recommendations for dinner. Bed was comfy & we had an excellent sleep. Thoroughly recommend!

The owner is very lovely. We were hiking and could wash our clothes there which was a great bonus! The place was perfectly clean, and there was some water and pastries prepared for us and we could make coffee in the morning, which was a really nice touch. It's a little walk to the town, but not far.
