I used the location and the hotel as starting point of several travels between Genova and Nizza and it was a great choice. The hotel is a small boutique hotel run by very communicative and helpful couple. The owners speak German and English in top of Italian and are helpful with their suggestions and views on travel schedules and destinations. Very good choice for breakfast, great cookies handmade by the lady owner every day. The entire hotel incl. room and breakfast area were very clean and in good shape. Whenever we came back late evenings to the hotel, there was always warm water in the shower. The hotel doesn't have air condition. If anyone uses for the night the lack of it could be difficult. By opened windows (shutters play their role against mosquitos) there is a noise from the neighboring highway. A short driving distance to the beach. Both latter were not relevant to me. Very convenient private parking area. I spent at the hotel 5 nights and would definitely repeat the choice while planning next trip to the Ligurian seaside.

We stayed just for one night on our way, but the place must be great for longer vacation. The swimming pool is nice, and the room is comfortable.

A pleasant surprise!! All the furniture is very new in the room, bathroom is great, bed sooo comfortable. The staff very trained, polite, helpful, kind. The breakfast one of the best I’ve had in an hotel, congratulations to them!

Nice hotel room. It was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom big enough. Near to the walking street with the restaurants. Nice staff and rich breakfast.

I stayed at Hotel Splendid in Diano Marina for 12 days in October and had a wonderful experience. My room was spacious, even though I was traveling alone, and spotlessly clean. The view from the window was beautiful, overlooking the mountains. The bed was very comfortable with a soft down duvet, and the bathroom was modern and tidy. Breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to have the option to order lunch and dinner separately. I especially appreciated that the food was freshly and healthily prepared. The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly in the lobby area, and the hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the sea and convenient for exploring nearby towns. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I would definitely return!

Location, also walking distances Centre

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional hotel. It is pet-friendly and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The food in the restaurant was outstanding, with our compliments to the chef for the delicious traditional local cuisine and daily specials. The staff was fantastic, and the facilities, including a swimming pool and table tennis, added to our enjoyment. We highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location, with a very well-equipped spacious room and a superb breakfast!

The staff is so polite and kind. The place is so cool and genuine, with a bit antic detail. Very close to the sea, about 100m. The food there is so good that the people are coming to the restaurant even though they are not the guests of the hotel. Surprisingly, breakfast is included and it has a variety of choices like prosciutto, jams, coffee,tea, juices, Nutella, jams, croissants etc. One of the best hotels ever. I will also write top Google reviews including photos. Strong recommendations for everyone who likes clean hotels that are very quiet and close by to the sea. Thanks so much guys.
