The lady on reception was delightful

Everyone was very professional and always happy to help. Cleanliness of the accommodation was a huge plus. They recently renovated the whole vila, so it's nice and traditional with modern twist.

The hotel is close to the highway - ideal if you are traveling to the south of Italy. There are many historical monuments in Ravenna that are worth seeing. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception. Very good breakfast. Perfekt free parking at the hotel.

Amazing service from the staff. We could even leave our car for one week while on a cruise, they arranged taxi on the cruise day which was not so easy. Small hotel with friendly feeling, nice restaurant with good food and many local guests.

Is was very tidy up and not noisy. The bed is was very comfy and the bathroom cleaned. The staff is very helpfully and I was liked the position of building, that it was very clouse to supermarkets.

Everything was spot on . Staff were brilliant and helped organise transport for my cruis e. Allowed me to leave car there for the duration of my cruise .

Well place with everything you need

Excellent location -couldn't be beaten. Heart of Ravenna and close to all the sights, restaurants and shops. Fantastic staff. Very helpful when my daughter felt unwell on arrival - they cleaned the room early and let us use it. So nice! Lovely small garden for sitting outside and having drinks or coffee. Breakfast lovely. Simple but a good choice every day. The rooms were spacious for Europe and the bathrooms newly renovated and very clean. Everything spotless.

Staff is very helpful and they go out of their way to help. I highly recommend.

I stayed at Palazzo Bezzi Hotel with my husband, and our experience was simply excellent. Our room was exactly as advertised — very spacious, beautifully prepared, clean, warm, and with a lovely scent. The round bed was large, comfortable, and incredibly inviting. The entire hotel has a refined yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Ravenna. Every member of the staff we met — from the receptionists to the housekeeping team and breakfast service — was exceptionally kind, professional, and cheerful. Their friendliness and attention to detail really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was outstanding: a rich buffet with plenty of choices, plus the option to order hot dishes from the kitchen (for example, avocado toast with salmon), which was a great touch. The hotel’s location is perfect as a starting point for discovering Ravenna. They also handle the environmental zone registration for you and can arrange daily street parking at a very fair price — a huge plus for visitors traveling by car. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would happily return for a longer visit next time.

Staff were incredibly patient and cordial even though I had no Italian. Location couldn't have been any better very nice spot in all would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very cozy and nice! The staff is amazing and very caring. The breakfast is also very good with many options (fruits, many beverages, sweets and breads). We got the small room and its very small but its was cozy.

A spectacular place! One of the most accommodating and friendly staff we ever met. They made a wonderful stay perfect. Located in the center, only minutes to get to all relevant places. A beautiful room with special fresco - felt a little bit like being an aristocrat. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, we can highly recommend it!

Good location, clean and lovely staff

Thommaso was a very helpful and friendly host who helped in every way, before and during our stay. The ladies in the breakfast room were also very cheery, and made our large group feel welcome. This is an excellent hotel if you are boarding a cruise ship from Ravenna, as they also provide a free shuttle to the Port which is about 15 minutes away.

Well communicated with beach in Punta Marina and close to the old town.
