This is a delightful hotel with the most amazing and helpful staff. The whole building has been tastefully renovated and rooms are lovely. The property is just off a main route out of Florence, which makes it easy to get to Florence, Pisa, Chianti region and the rest of Tuscany - as long as you have transport. Breakfasts were very good with inside and outside seating. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and gazebos. They have a little spa facility and they bring in an outstanding masseuse if you book. I like a good massage and we live in Thailand, yet this is one of the best massages we have ever experienced - I had hot stone and my wife had office syndrome and acupressure. You are a 10-20 minute journey from the main trainline (depending on the station you want to go from) and this runs Florence-Pisa and beyond (train system is excellent too). Incredible restaurant just across the road, so don't be put off by not having a restaurant on-site. There is a bar service in the hotel so you can have drinks - alcoholic, non-alcoholic, coffee, etc. I think that is a 24 hour service?

The location was great - in small quiet town but close to Florence. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The hotel is welcoming, the staff is friendly especially Quenie who kindly explained to us how to get to the tourist places in the area and has a good location is close to the train station that connects you with all of Florence.

Personeel was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was oké.

The room was clean, staff very friendly, great service, very delicious breakfast with wide range to choose from. 1.3km from train station if looking to go to Florence, very comfortable.

This hotel is simply incredible! Perfect location, stunning views, great comfort, beautiful rooms, and outstanding service 🥰. I had asked in advance to prepare a cake for my son’s birthday, and we were greeted with one of the most delicious desserts we’ve ever had. Dinner was excellent ,the cuisine deserves special praise, and the chef is truly talented. Everything was absolutely flawless! Highly recommended!

Beautiful setting in the Tuscan countryside with stunning views. The property can be a little hard to find and carrying bags takes some effort, but it’s worth it once you arrive. Louis at reception was exceptional and very helpful (jumped in a car to show us our room when we couldn’t find it), and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. If management of the hotel are reading this, a special call out for two gentlemen waiters at Cantina de Redi on the night of the 23rd of September. They were excellent and helped the kitchen accommodate our picky little eater :). Overall, a memorable stay.

Cleanliness, amenities, customer service. The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially the man and woman on Sunday morning).

Has it's own parking, very comfortable beds
