It is great location, beautiful view and close to the highway and to Florence

Beautiful rooms, great view from the window, friendly staff.

The breakfast was very good, with the donuts and croissant feelling freshly baked. The position was well connected to the city via bus.

The staff were very helpful....guided us on your venture into the city ..gave very helpful instructions and maps. When we also wanted to do laundry at a nearby laundrymat. I think the reception people were the best part of the hotel.

A nice small hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the room was very clean. Close to tram lines to go into central Florence. I will stay there again.

Perfect place! We will come back.

This is a very nice, old convertet florentinian Villa in the Villa district just outsite the old town. It seems the owners were or are Artist, so there is very much care taken about every little detail. There is enough parking within the compound and the Old Town is only about 10min walk away. There is a small, nice breakfast selection.

Amazing hotel views were breath taking and staff were so friendly and helpful - we even had an early checkout to catch a train and they had a packed breakfast ready for us

A beautiful villa with exceptional facilities and knowledgeable friendly staff.

I can honestly say this was a brilliant place to stay, excellent location, staff, services and the room was perfect. I will stay here againfor sure

Beautiful villa in superb location, seven hectares of gardens and olive groves with wonderful views. Very helpful and friendly staff, free parking and shuttle service into the centre of Florence. Excellent breakfast included and good restaurant.

The position is amazing, situated in a residential area along the river Arno with breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.

Shuttle service to nearest tram stop. Excellent food in the hotel. Excellent Service.

The staff is great. Everyone was nice and supportive. Every hotel should have someone at reception like Sam. Amazing recommendations and thank you very much. The building is beautiful and the well located, well decorated in a classical style, the rooms are comfortable and cozy.

Great place to stay, definetely to recomend.

Everything was excellent. The staff gave us the feeling of being very welcomed. We have been receiving very detailed information for our sight seeing tour from the reception.

The room was big and super clean! The staff was nice and understanding with any requests we had! I fully recommend this hotel! Quiet location and you can have a nice sleep and also is close to city center! It says 2* but is definitely worth more! You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel!
