Absolutely fantastic place! If you’re looking for a classy but not too posh accommodation, pick this one and you’ll be spoiled with the surrounding nature, very good food, and extremely friendly staff. We picked the family room with patio and it was excellent. The bed size is enormous- about 2.5 meters WIDE! The room (or rather the apartment/suite) is in the stand alone building, so you are getting total privacy. I absolutely recommend this place!

Wonderful night in Florence!! The room is clean and spacious. Also, the owner is incredibly friendly. Due to a bus delay, we were a bit late to pick up our luggage, but the owner waited for us and helped us with the information. If you’re planning a trip to Florence, don’t hesitate to book this place.

Everything was perfect. Room was big and clean, bathroom is good. The location of hotel is near with bus station and tram T1 stop (it is very comfortable to come to city centre), shops and cafes. Wifi is good. Ladies in reception are very nice and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel at the moment of renovation. Now it is not the old Italian style hotel, but more Scandinavian minimalism. Someone will love it, but I will miss stripes on walls and elegant furniture. There are plenty of advantages: Great breakfast, I felt full and happy with great choice of sweet and sour options. There is restaurant in the same building with really great food. There are few lovely stores around the hotel and big supermarkets are one tram stop from the hotel. And the tram stop is two minutes walk from the hotel. And tram goes directly to Main train station Santa Maria Novella. Even though there was a gas station next to the hotel it was still pretty quite and peaceful. The view from the window was lovely. And the main thing which is probably one of the most important in every hotel is the staff. The receptionist, the breakfast lady, the cleaning crew, the barman, - all of them were absolutely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and hope to have a chance to stay in hotel Alex again.

The staff is the real star at the hotel, every single staffmember was extreamly friendly and helpful. The staff in the reception spoke very good english and gladly helped us to decide what to see in Florence and marked all on the map (a very helpful darkhaired man who has children), this was so precious for us to get the most out our stay in Florence. Nice and clean room with spacious bathroom. Very good aircondition. Easy and accessable parking only about 20-50 meters from the reception. Not too far from the center.

Quite room, clean, fits description, easy to access, good neighborhood, good distance from the busy historical center, accessible distance by walking, bus station close by, a good restaurant with terrace a few steps away.

The man at the reception was really nice and helpful so 10 points for him.

Amazing hotel views were breath taking and staff were so friendly and helpful - we even had an early checkout to catch a train and they had a packed breakfast ready for us

Absolutely fantastic. I wouldn’t change anything in this place. It has a wonderful vibe, delicious food, clean rooms, super kind staff and a free shuttle that is taking you to the city. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nardi. We had a safe parking spot on the property, the garden was beautiful, and the people were so nice! The breakfast was also very good, and it was customised each resident. We loved every minute of our stay, and will absolutely be back next time we visit Florence. Also the pups were so sweet!

Checking in was great and Alessandro was excellent. Shuttle service to tram stop with Giovanni was excellent. Available on request and on the return to the hotel. David in the dining room was excellent. He looked after us very well. Flavio in the bar was very professional and excellent as well. Breakfast was superb. Secure parking. Shuttle service to nearest tram stop. Excellent food in the hotel. Excellent Service.

We stayed in superior room Boboli to prepare for our wedding. It is a real spacious and light room, very modern with classic touches. The hotel is very close to the city center of Florence (a nice 20 minute walk) and really quiet at night. There is 24h service and the garden is beautiful to enjoy a drink. We definitely come back for our next stay in Florence.
