the attitude from owner is very good. it was quite complicated for a foreigner to find this place and very hard to get the keys. ecespecially when the on line checking in system has problem, finally the owner called me on WhatsApp, we figured all things together. After a short walk from Bergamo train station we found the accommodation easily. We received a warm welcome from the member of staff at reception who was able to organise our room a little earlier and provide us with a range of information, answering all our queries perfectly. The room was a great size and very comfortable. We also partook in the complementary tea and cake available during the afternoon, which was a really nice touch I thought.

We had an extraordinary pleasant stay for a weekend. The staff was very nice and the view from the breakfast area was incredible! (breakfast was perfect too). The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel has its own very fine restaurant and there are another restaurant and a pizzeria 2 minutes away. The Funicolare is just around the corner and is easy access to Citta Alta (cute old town of Bergamo). Hope to return one day.
