The pool , the bbq steak was amazing and there was a well spoken english waiter serving us who was amazing and also the Chinese young man was also brilliant

Everything was very nice! We stayed in the superior room with terrace. It was fabulous. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fulfilling.

The staff is really nice and helpful. Reception is open 24/7. The most important thing is that as a solo traveler I felt safe. The hotel is located in the walking distance to the city center, but you don't really hear any street noise. The breakfast was continental and really tasty. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The air con was really helpful in much hotter days. You don't need more than that for a city sightseeing.

Absolutely fantastic. I wouldn’t change anything in this place. It has a wonderful vibe, delicious food, clean rooms, super kind staff and a free shuttle that is taking you to the city. Highly recommend.

Intimate and cosy place, boutique style hotel

EVERYTHING was PERFECT! just imaging having breakfast (which was delicious) looking out to the famous Ponte Vecchio only a few metres away! Expensive, yes, but.....

The property is absolutely stunning – a true Florentine palazzo with breathtaking historical interiors and modern comfort. The suite was spacious, elegant, and beautifully decorated, combining heritage with luxury. The location in the very heart of Florence is perfect, with everything just a short walk away, yet the hotel feels peaceful and exclusive. The staff were attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was also excellent, served in a magnificent setting.

Hotel was beautiful and had many amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent with many choices. The room was spacious with antique furniture. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed in superior room Boboli to prepare for our wedding. It is a real spacious and light room, very modern with classic touches. The hotel is very close to the city center of Florence (a nice 20 minute walk) and really quiet at night. There is 24h service and the garden is beautiful to enjoy a drink. We definitely come back for our next stay in Florence.

The staff is the real star at the hotel, every single staffmember was extreamly friendly and helpful. The staff in the reception spoke very good english and gladly helped us to decide what to see in Florence and marked all on the map (a very helpful darkhaired man who has children), this was so precious for us to get the most out our stay in Florence. Nice and clean room with spacious bathroom. Very good aircondition. Easy and accessable parking only about 20-50 meters from the reception. Not too far from the center.
