The owners went above and beyond to help us get there even on a Sunday (no public transport). I informed them regarding allergies and they provided sweet and savoury options for my breakfast (way more than I usually get while travelling). The small details made a huge difference. The stool in the bathroom, the mat inside the shower, the mosquito nets, all details that meet special needs. Truly appreciated all of them.

Host‘s family treated me very kind. Nice and warm welcoming made me feel comfortable like being with my family members after a long exhausting hikng. Their young lovely son Gabriel helped to communicate by kindly translating. They even invited me dinner and icecream. And we had good conversations. Although I've been traveling alone over two months, I could feel love from them rather than lonelyness with their caring at that night. Room is itself very newly innovated, clean, flawless with well equiped kitchen and many kinds bread with jams, Nuttella, and milk. And you can make a coffee with a Moka espresso maker and also can cook if you want. Landscape was brethtaking with amazing views from garden. If you'r walking the St.Francis way, it's right next to Santurio di Greccio (5mins by walking), which is the main reason that I chose this house. There are cute gooses, cats and dogs as well. Hope them have happy and healthy life. And I definately would like to visit again!

I really enjoyed the comfort of the room, which was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Also, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

We really enjoyed visiting the monastery and the village...

We really enjoyed visiting the monastery and the village itself. We had a wonderful dinner at Il Nino del Corvo. The family that run the restaurant are so warm and welcoming. The village square is looked over by the church and surrounded by such pretty homes. We look forward to trying other places to eat there the next time we visit. The scenery is spectacular!

After a hard pilgrim day I found here all I needed and in the best quality - well equipped and clean bathroom, kitchen, warm and comfortable bed, great coffee and refreshment and above allvery friendly owner who gave me all information and helped me with my transport. I got more than I expected. Appartment is close to a lovely and magical Santuario Greccio and to the Via di Francesco.

Extremely pleasant welcome from lovely hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy dinner in the town of Greccio. As we stopped here on our pilgrimage we did not have a car and they not only arranged a ride for us but also made sure the restaurant opened early. The interior of the apartment is brand new and very clean.

This is a very nice place located at the slopes of one of the ranges of Apennines with easy access to local hiking trails. It is a short walk to Sanctuary or village of Greccio. Serenity House has a balcony with an amazing view over Riety Valley and Reatini Mts. Perfect place to rest and relax.
