The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They were very accommodating of our requests and special needs (e.g. I eat gluten free, and we wanted to have breakfast an hour earlier, and it was no problem to arrange)

Nice family run hotel. Comfortable, easy to access and great breakfast

The breakfast was delightful, and the lobby bar and pastries were also quite excellent. The staff members were very friendly.

It's been our second stay in this hotel. It was again a wonderful and cosy time in this lovely family-owed hotel. Breakfast could be added upon check-in. Rooms are spotless (!), everything is incredibly clean. City center is not even couple minutes away as well as thermal complex, restaurants and cafes. Recommend!

The host lady was very caring and helpful. I was able to check into my room earlier as soon as I've arrived. I also had my single room upgraded to a double room for free. In addition, I was given 10% discount to the San Pellegrino Terme. The bus stops are right in front of the hotel and the town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk in a straight line along the river. The breakfast was very nice.

Authentic, warm, clean, peaceful village Very friendly and helpful owner/ staff

Easy to access, absolutely wonderful, quiet with perfect room conditions, everything was clean

You could tell this hotel was family owned as nothing was too much for them to sort. You felt very welcomed from the minute you stepped foot through the door. The hotel was clean and quiet and my bedroom was simple yet very comfortable and quiet. The food was home cooked each evening and traditional to the area.

Absolutely I liked the room very clean. And the breakfast abundance.

Excellent service and happy clean space !

Everything was perfect! We got a free room upgrade (they didn't even took credit for it, but we knew we got a better room than booked), and the room was super comfortable. The spa is small but divine and a great treat after a flight and a lot of walking (€35pp). Robes, towels and a locker are provided, you'll need your own flip flops. The onsite restaurant was fairly priced and offered delicious food. They also kindly offered late check out for free, which was much appreciated. I honestly didn't want to leave, and I'm already looking at when to travel there next, specifically to spend a few days disconnecting and relaxing here, it was heavenly!
