The owner was so helpful we cannot thank him enough he even dropped round a bottle of wine on my birthday Super clean property Easy parking at the rear A cafe is below at the rear by tennis courts no noise fantastic to sit down there with a coffee all the locals meet there We had a amazing time and would stay again without blinking Easy reach to the lake And a local town 5 min drive away has loads of places to eat 100 out 100 score fabulous stay

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

Magnificent view, very tasty breakfast and crystal clean designer apartments. We were very pleased to be in them. We also needed parking since we were traveling by car. It was provided to us. Special thanks for the late check-in! Unfortunately, road repairs did not allow us to arrive on time. We didn't use the pool, so we arrived very late and left early. But I would like to return to this place again for a few nights.

Although we only stayed for one night at this hotel, we noticed the total availability of the staff to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We received tourist assistance (information regarding the ferry departure schedule, suggestions for places to visit nearby, cheaper ways to get bus tickets and more). The rooms are not very large, but they are well equipped with everything necessary, the bathrooms include a bidet and most importantly… the cleanliness is impeccable. Last but not least, I would like to congratulate the hotel restaurant team for both the taste of the food, the presentation of the plate, and the service. The included breakfast was very good, with quality products, not at all budget class as we usually find at other non-premium locations. We will definitely come back!

The location is fabulous - right above the lake. It has an old timey charm you feel like you’re in a Wes Anderson movies. Especially in the summer it must be wonderful, but early spring was also very pretty. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace in the common area is lovely.
