Everything was amazing; the room was very spacious and clean, the receptionists were available 24h/7 and always agreeable. When it comes to the location, I could not have asked for better - we visited all of Florence by foot. The beds were comfortable and I was happy to see that there were 2 big fluffy pillows per person (I dislike sleeping on tortillas). The food was varied with all you need for a sweet or salty breakfast.

It's a 2 stars hotel with a 5 stars staff. Maria at the Reception desk was kind, helpful and caring, as we had to pass New Year's Eve in our room cause our mother got a cold. The concern, care and service disposition of the staff made our stay much much better

The house was perhaps better than we anticipated - we enjoyed our time there. No public transport close by you would require a car to stay here. The village of Antella was just down the hill and had everything you would want. The Coop there is the closest supermarket. We drove up to Lapeggi but really nothing there.
