Very familiar and friendly ambience. Great breakfast and good service. The beach is reachable in 15min by foot, if you want to rent two chairs at the beach it costs 20€ and the people there were also very polite and friendly but mostly not used to talk english. We liked it in Lavagna very much. The room was big and clean, had AC and all we needed. Thank you for that nice stay, we think about coming back someday :)

Lavagna is much quieter compared to the nearby towns of...

Lavagna is much quieter compared to the nearby towns of Cinque Terre and also felt much more off the beaten track than La Spezia for example. This was exactly what we were looking for, because although it's not a tourist hot spot we were never short of places to go for a coffee or a meal. Everyone was very gracious with my limited Italian. The beachfront is gorgeous and there is a lot of free beach vs further south. With a local market and shops, we could easily have spent our whole holiday in Lavagna. I can't wait to return for hopefully a much longer stay. Just a beautiful town with lovely people.

There are so many places to eat!

There are so many places to eat! The food is excellent pretty much everywhere. The focaccia si to die for and so is the farinata! When visiting Lavagna you can forget about the car and if you wish to visit 5 terre the train is very convenient! Smoking should be banned in all beaches, though!

Clean air. Very calm city.

Clean air. Very calm city. Most importantly, you can visit other places while staying in Lavagna, by train or by boat. the food is excellent. Very friendly waiters and owner of the restaurant. You can walk to the beach in 7 minutes, to the train station in 10 minutes and to the city center in 10 minutes.I have never had a headache and never had allergies.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was perfect. The room felt brand new, with a spacious and very comfortable bathroom. The air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The location is excellent, with convenient parking and a train station nearby. There are lots of restaurants in the area, and one really good one is right Next door. The staff were very supportive and kind. This is definitely the kind of place you want to come back to again and again.
