Amazing location.Sea view even from the bathroom! During low season is the perfect place to be. Few steps from the beach, literally. In high season noise might be an issue if you want to rest at night, as people walk up and down the promenade and there's no air con so window open would be a must.

This was really a next level experience: * A beautiful designed, clean and spacious room, with a bed with a very good mattress. * Friendly and welcoming staff. * All the facilities you need. * On a very central location in Chiavari, close to the train station and city centre.

This hotel is located so close to a wonderful calm little beach and a cute little city center with wonderful shops and restaurants. The beach service is reasonably priced and the view from the rooftop terrace is great. Loved the rooms and the breakfast is phenomenal.

Close to the main attractions: harbor (5-7 minutes by foot), beach (3-4 minutes by foot) and the city center with the pedestrian street where there are restaurants and shops (4-5 minutes by foot). Don't miss for lunch or for dinner Osteria da Vittorio, located in the city center, where most of the clients are the locals (it's always full outside and inside and the food is great). The hotel is also close to the train station (4-5 minutes by foot), which is perfect for the ones who want to explore Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, Camogli, Rapallo or Portofino. Our room, which was a triple room, was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness is exemplary throughout the hotel, and the staff very kind. Breakfast, for the ones who visited Italy before, is typical Italian: lighter, yet sweeter (croissants, cookies, jams, honey), with some other options also, like cheese, ham, salami, omelette and fruits (apples and oranges).

Very comfortable hotel and rooms! Very clean, with nice smell and quite! We had a room with a big balcony - it was perfect with very nice view.

Very familiar and friendly ambience. Great breakfast and good service. The beach is reachable in 15min by foot, if you want to rent two chairs at the beach it costs 20€ and the people there were also very polite and friendly but mostly not used to talk english. We liked it in Lavagna very much. The room was big and clean, had AC and all we needed. Thank you for that nice stay, we think about coming back someday :)

The staff was friendly, had secured parking location, room was nice and clean. Even on the day out during cleaning they turned the AC ON so the room is cool when we are back which was bonus on a hot summer day.

I am very glad that we stayed at this hotel when we came for a vacation. I liked the comfortable, clean room in the hotel. The room has everything you need, air conditioning, lots of towels. Always friendly staff. The location is extremely convenient, close to the sea and the city center! I recommend!!!
