The male person speaking English at front staff was only one i can rate positively. He tried to calm down his crazy colleagues (did not succeed). Rooms are moldy though and VERY humid so all your clothes inside the room wil be wet by the time you leave.

The location is fantastic, the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is italian style, sweet tarts, fruits and coffee. The staff was very nice and helpfull.

Staff very helpful, good location

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as a solo female traveler. My favorite thing about the hotel was the staff; they were very friendly, especially the woman at the reception desk. The room was great, with a view of the harbor, and the hotel was very clean. There was a breakfast buffet with basic dishes, and you could also order hot dishes from the menu, which meant they were freshly prepared for you. I definitely recommend this hotel!
