Fantastic location and building. Genuine Staff and owner.

The property was a good location for what we wanted to do and close to Pisa, Florence etc. The buffet breakfast was good - good selection of fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurts, breads and delicious cakes too! Cappucino's were great. The hotel is rustic, easy to find, lovely and helpful staff.

The delightful little house was perfect for us, it is set in beautiful surroundings and is very peaceful and private. All that could be heard was the birds and other sounds of nature. Our host, Anna Laura, was extremely helpful in ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay, we were met on arrival at reception and shown exactly where our accommodation was located. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more, for our stay. Being able to park right by our accommodation was a huge bonus

Excellent staff and very clean and in a very good location. The breakfast is perfect. 3' away from the hotel there is also public parking

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the garden is beautiful with flowers in bloom. I also had a lovely meal at the restaurant while enjoying the wine and the view from the terrace. I will definitely be back for another stay. .
