PolandFully deserved 10! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - in a separate, historic building. Right in the centre of Lugo, but still peaceful and quiet.
The breakfast was delicious, served in an elegant restaurant. Nothing to add, really :)
The hotel staff cares about all the little details that make the stay perfect!
Last but not least - the price was quite average but the experience truly exceptional!

CroatiaMe and my boyfriend stayed the night during the AC/DC concert. The owner (who wasn't present on Sunday at the accomodation) texted me to give me directions how to get to the venue, even though we already knew that. She was very sweet.
The staff was nice, the restaurant had good food and the breakfast was mostly sweets and some sandwiches. Plenty to choose. The location was remote, parking big enough, and the surroundings were beautiful. The interior was nice and our room cozy and fashioned in an old style. We loved it!

The house itself is very comfortable, cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed.
The host was always available, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

The team from reception to restaurant was indeed 5 star. This is what I value the most, presence, attentiveness and empathy. There an elegant board of all "famous" people that stayed at the hotel and the team member names should be there too 😀
Loved the dinner: a simple, yet huge cold cuts and cheese assembly on a wooden board, along with the proposed local doc white wine it could not have been more connected to the territory. Cheers to the maitre Elio

We booked occasionally this appartment in Lugo but we were plessently touched with history (beatiful fortress, city market, etc.) of that not completely small city.
Apartmen is well sized for 3 persons and allows you great comfort. Parking place inside the property was included. Everything matches photos on B. Great host, was of help each time. Our reccomendations!

Beautiful property in a quiet area on a small pathway (walk, run, cycle) to the town of Lugo.
Lovely interior with some Normandy flavor, by the kind and ever so helpful host Enrica (lovely breakfast chef too).
Enjoyed this stay a lot, together with our family!

It is an absolutely lovely apartment to stay at. Well-equipped with everything you might need, and the host is very helpful and kind. We will definitely come back, and can recommend to anyone wanting to spend some days in Lugo.

Immaculate and styled to perfection . It was a short stay but this places is oozing history and quality . So clean and everyone was so helpful. My first visit to Lugo in 40 years and this place was perfect for us
