The location of the house was optimal for a trip to Rome, it was on a quiet street, plenty of parking, and easy roads towards the centre of Rome. The house was very clean and organised, me and my family were very happy and comfortable here and will definitely come again on another trip to the city. Great views from the balcony too! Our stay at the hotel was impeccable and pleasant! The hotel and our room was neat and clean, well equipped. The staff was friendly, polite, eager to help and assist in anything we might needed. They were quick and efficient whenever we had questions or minor problems. Our room was well air conditioned when we arrived, even a bit chilly to our liking – which was fixed with a quick call to the reception. They immediately set our thermostat's limit higher, after which we could change the temperature in a much wider range. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness gave just as much to our experience as the hotel's conditions itself. The hotel is quite far from the heart of Rome, so they offer regular shuttles in the mornings and afternoons to Monti Tiburtini metro station. It was easy to schedule, and the driver was super friendly too. Their restaurant had flavorful dishes for dinners and good prices (even Booking.com discounts too). The servers were easygoing and put in a lot of effort to their work. The breakfast had such a wide variety of choices that we could try something new each day of our stay. The restaurant staff in the morning were very accommodating too, especially an older gentleman, who always offered to bring us cappuccino to our breakfast. Thank you to all the staff members (reception, restaurant, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance) for providing us with such a great experience!

We had some issues with our rental car when we arrived after driving from Fiumicino Airport. We had to return to Rome to get a new car, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful – they even arranged transportation and personally drove us back to Rome. So kind and helpful! We can truly recommend this little hotel – the staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is just great. A really warm and welcoming place!
