The apt was great. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. 2 big bedrooms, 1 cosy living room. The host makes the appt comfy. You will find everything you need : some food already at disposal, some activities for kids, … and a nice garden with some tables. Viola is a perfect host, super available for any question. The location is quite convenient if you want to see different cities around lake Como. 5 min drive to take lake in a residential area.

I absolutely loved my stay at Como Mi Casa. The property is situated in a truly beautiful area with stunning views overlooking Lake Como, which made every moment feel special. The house itself is modern, spacious, and very warm and comfortable inside, making it feel like a real home away from home. I especially appreciated how well thought-out everything was. There was plenty of clear information provided about the house itself, as well as great recommendations and guidance on things to do around the area, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The attention to detail really stood out and made the stay feel relaxed and stress-free. Overall, Como Mi Casa was a wonderful place to stay and exceeded my expectations. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and beautifully presented home in Lake Como.

The apartment is very spacious, immaculately clean and well-equipped. Great shower, lots of fluffy towels and complimentary simple toiletries. Plenty of living space with a comfortable sofa bed and a good sized bedroom with a king size bed. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob, microwave/oven and washer/dryer. The coffee machine was a welcome bonus. No A/C (due next year think) but it didn’t matter at all - the apartment stayed cool because of the thick walls and there are fans if needed. So a fabulous apartment to stay in and BEST of all - right by the lake. It is literally just across the road from the apartment - glittering and beautiful! We swam every day, went for walks and runs along the lake edge and had our breath taken away by the views everytime we left the apartment! Plenty of options for meals, coffees and gelato and a small grocery store just along the street. Eurospin (a bigger supermarket) is a 7 minute walk away and has a great selection of food. There is also a brilliant and cheap take away pizza shop in the same direction. A day ticket on the ferry boat service from Lecco to Bellagio is a fantastic, cost-effective way to see the lake and some of the other towns/villages. Federico, the host, could not have been more helpful. He was so kind sad generous with his time when we had a flat tyre and needed help getting the car picked up and then arranged a taxi and checked everything was ok when the tyre wasn’t fixed in time for our departure. He responded very quickly and went out of his way to be reassuring and as helpful as possible. We had a wonderful stay and could not recommend if more highly. We would LOVE to come back!

Faultless.

Faultless. The communication prior to arrival was excellent. Staff were friendly. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and clean. We only stayed one night but could have stayed a lot longer and should we return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Pretty little lake side town across lake from Lecco.

Pretty little lake side town across lake from Lecco. Easy walk of 25 mins to Lecco centre with plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets/marts within walking distance. Free parking around area as well if happy to walk a bit to where you are staying if in apartment vs hotel

Amazing town, malgrate is quieter than Lecco but still has a lively vibe in the evening. The walk to Lecco is approximately 20 mins & there is much more to do there. The views from both Malgrate & Lecco are amazing.

Malgrate is a small town located across the southern end of Lake Como from Lecco. It is very nice and avoids the hustle of the larger cities in the area but provides convenient access to all of them. Lecco is a short walk away with ferry access to all of Lake Como.

Malgrate is horrible .

Malgrate is horrible . We really booked for the luxury of this hotel which was a huge disappointment. We thought this was going to be an amazing stay but it did not meet any expectations that was advertised through booking.com there were other ppl who spoke to felt the same but maybe they don’t complain I don’t usually I get on with it but the hot tub not working was awful

Malgrate is a tourist town near Lecco. The promenade along the lake is a lovely walk. For a more cultural and culinary experience, I recommend strolling to Lecco, which is more authentic.
