Elisa was one of the best hosts that I have ever met! She was very welcoming, kind and always ready to help us with anything that we had needed. The apartment was very well located - just a few metres away from a promenade by the lake. It is newly renovated, everything functions perfectly. I strongly recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment is very spacious, immaculately clean and well-equipped. Great shower, lots of fluffy towels and complimentary simple toiletries. Plenty of living space with a comfortable sofa bed and a good sized bedroom with a king size bed. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob, microwave/oven and washer/dryer. The coffee machine was a welcome bonus. No A/C (due next year think) but it didn’t matter at all - the apartment stayed cool because of the thick walls and there are fans if needed. So a fabulous apartment to stay in and BEST of all - right by the lake. It is literally just across the road from the apartment - glittering and beautiful! We swam every day, went for walks and runs along the lake edge and had our breath taken away by the views everytime we left the apartment! Plenty of options for meals, coffees and gelato and a small grocery store just along the street. Eurospin (a bigger supermarket) is a 7 minute walk away and has a great selection of food. There is also a brilliant and cheap take away pizza shop in the same direction. A day ticket on the ferry boat service from Lecco to Bellagio is a fantastic, cost-effective way to see the lake and some of the other towns/villages. Federico, the host, could not have been more helpful. He was so kind sad generous with his time when we had a flat tyre and needed help getting the car picked up and then arranged a taxi and checked everything was ok when the tyre wasn’t fixed in time for our departure. He responded very quickly and went out of his way to be reassuring and as helpful as possible. We had a wonderful stay and could not recommend if more highly. We would LOVE to come back!
