The hotel is at a very good location but the staff at reception seem not to be aware of this and how the place functions and getting around in terms of accessing the easy routes. Because every time we asked them how to go to a certain place, they will tell us that it is too far and it will take us 2 hours to get there. But when we drive ourselves we find out it's not really that far. It's like they are not familiar with the area or they lack information

This was a stunning location. Beautiful, newly renovated room with balcony and views over the lake & mountains. We had a private garage for our car as well. Breakfast was also delicious. I was very impressed with the staff, so helpful. Loved our stay

Great location with nice view to mountains and lake. Last floor, elevator. Confortable bed, big and complete kitchen. Good insulation from the street. 15-18 min walk to the main train station and down town. Do not like walk, there are public transport in few minuts away. A nice cafe El Fresco just a few steps from the apartment with a good selection and a view of the river and bridges.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, it felt warm and caring, like visiting friends. My favorite place Only positive emotions: 1. The host is very responsive and helpful—you can ask any question and get a quick answer. 2. Beautiful, stylish, modern renovation. It's especially comfortable here in winter. The bathroom and shower are spacious. 3. The room was clean, cozy, and pleasant. 4. The kitchen has everything for an evening Italian dinner by the water; you can stay in and enjoy the evening with a bottle of fine wine. 5. Excellent location—there are many great places nearby, convenient for exploring the best of the lake and Milan.

Faultless.

Faultless. The communication prior to arrival was excellent. Staff were friendly. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and clean. We only stayed one night but could have stayed a lot longer and should we return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Pretty little lake side town across lake from Lecco.

Pretty little lake side town across lake from Lecco. Easy walk of 25 mins to Lecco centre with plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets/marts within walking distance. Free parking around area as well if happy to walk a bit to where you are staying if in apartment vs hotel

Amazing town, malgrate is quieter than Lecco but still has a lively vibe in the evening. The walk to Lecco is approximately 20 mins & there is much more to do there. The views from both Malgrate & Lecco are amazing.

Malgrate is a small town located across the southern end of Lake Como from Lecco. It is very nice and avoids the hustle of the larger cities in the area but provides convenient access to all of them. Lecco is a short walk away with ferry access to all of Lake Como.

Malgrate is horrible .

Malgrate is horrible . We really booked for the luxury of this hotel which was a huge disappointment. We thought this was going to be an amazing stay but it did not meet any expectations that was advertised through booking.com there were other ppl who spoke to felt the same but maybe they don’t complain I don’t usually I get on with it but the hot tub not working was awful

Good location, slightly out of Lecco but a nice walk into the town. Lovely pool and rooftop bar. Enjoyed walking down the path to the sister hotel. The lady who checked us in (didn’t get here name) was super lovely and helpful - she works 3pm- 11pm.
