Best place in the Versilia Coast the staff is amazing and the parking too, there is only only a bureaucratic prohibition to park but actually you can park

Everything and the staff ( an Italian family) are extremely friendly and Michaela especially catered to our every need. Just a lovely hotel in paradise. And the restaurant is awesome as well.

The building was nice with a lovely garden where you could spend some time. Staff were helpful and the hotel had some deals with local restaurants for dinner.

Absolutely stunning, clean, beautiful, spacious. Staff so friendly, always ready to help with any requests. Breakfast pretty good, a lot of options. Children liked it. Playground, garden, 3 mins from perfect beaches (both inexpensive private and excellent public one). Discounts in neiboughrhood restaurants, parking on site, fish and birds that children can enjoy on site. Clening rooms very accurately every day.

My 8/10 rating is based on the price/quality ratio. Don't expect the standard of German hotels, but more like a summer camp for scouts. This place is for people on a budget, but the staff was above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially people working in the kitchen and front desk. I wouldn't mind staying there again for a night or two.

I loved everything! From the people to the location, wonderful staff and beautiful beach -- thank you for hosting us it gave us just the serenity we needed.

This hotel is beautiful with views of both the sea and the marvellous mountains. The staff were kind and helpful, in particular the manager who couldn’t have done more to make sure we had a fabulous stay. The room was spotless, the breakfast tasty and the gardens to the rear immaculate. I would highly recommend staying at this property in the breathtaking Massa region.

Free on site parking, helpful and friendly staff, a large and comfortable room with balcony, delicious breakfast and walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Hotel is realy excellent. The standard of treat the guests is perfect. Breakfasts on the top floor with a lot of food are so good, that I don't have words to write about it. Just You have to try it and stay in Hotel Luna. Huge advantage is a parking lot, situated a front of the hotel. Parking is free and has a lot of space. Also there is a swimming pool with bubbles. If You want, You don't need to go to the beach, which is 500m away from the hotel. This is the best hotel in our last 3 years in Italy.

Really great stay. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, 2 min walk from a beautiful beach. Staff is friendly, room is comfortable, everything works as expected. Once again, you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Bonus: nice patio outside of the hotel where you can relax.

Staff was really nice and friendly. It is small hotel, but it was more than enough for our stay. Good breakfast and coffee :)

Lovely, friendly family run business. I'm walking the Via Francigena and walked off with the keys. They called me after I'd walked 2km and rather than expecting me to bring them back they came and collected them from me at a roundabout in Massa. The breakfast was fantastic . They were lovely people
