Perfect location in the center of San Gimignano. It’s a beautiful historic property with modern amenities. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the hills in the distance (room 40); photo attached. We asked for a quiet room, so we were on the back corner of the hotel which was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast for 12 euros per person was well worth the cost. There were plenty of choices and the food was very good. If we return to San Gimignano we will definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful and the location very central. Very good breakfast. The room had everything a guest could need including bedroom slippers. Charming and cosy. Specially loved the ambience of the one ochre wall which complemented the other very light beige walls. The slightly sloping ceiling added to the charm. Bathroom was also equipped with all one needs. Can recommend highly. Friendly staff

The staff were really friendly and the pool was delightful. A real homely feel with touch of luxury. A easy walk into San Gimignano and bus stop right outside to access close by train stations. Breakfast was great, fabulous selection to get the morning started. The onsite restaurant is fantastic as well, very authentic and the best pasta ragu ever. Loved my time there and will be back!

The property is really wonderful: it’s sorrounded by nature and very peaceful. At the same time, San Gimignano is very close (20-minute walk or 10-minute car ride).

We liked everything! Very close to the center, great view from the room, clean and quiet. The breakfast is very various u can find eggs and sweets to, not only sweets like in other hotels.

Staff had reserved a car parking space for us when we arrived, exceeded our expectations. Decided to try the restaurant in the evening as was lovely food and a fantastic view and atmosphere. Lovely breakfast too.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome at the reception, the view from the room, excellent breakfast with a perfect view of nature, parking, swimming pool.
