I've said before and I'll say it again, if you want to go to heaven without dying, come to this hotel. It is a quiet unassuming place where you rise in the morning to the singing of birds. The included breakfast is a buffet with a fine selection. They have a restaurant that's a la carte. Food for both is made in their kitchen byvstaff who knowchow to cook. After a great dinner with good wine you walk to your room in the hotel which has everything you need and includes air conditioning. It is 1-2 hours by car to historic, medieval hill top towns and hot springs. The hotel pool is the right size of large and is surrounded by umbrellas and relaxing lounge chairs. The staff cares about your stay and endeavours successfully to make you feel at home. They're tolerant and helpful of your attempts at Italian and some staff speak English making life even easier. Additionally the hotel hosts special events. During my stay a respected astrophysicist was invited to give a lecture that included her pointing at stars with a laser. The lecture & demonstration followed a buffet dinner with an extensive and inexhaustible selection of mouthbwatering dishes. This is the third time I have been here. The ownership has changed since my previous 2 visits and, although I've been to many places in Italy and have more destinations to visit, I intend to come here again whenever I am in Italy

Very nice place. A wonderfully equipped villa. The staff and service are excellent. Everything smelled of Tuscan style. Breakfast was plentiful and really tasty. It is worth ordering dinner, the chef will surprise you with a special menu prepared for that evening. A wonderful place for a cozy, comfortable vacation.

What a dream and quaint location. We immensely enjoyed our stay and the family has been nothing but accommodating to our wishes. To top it off, the traditional dinner we attended was beyond delicious, simply magnifico!

Being in quiet and peaceful surrounding - that is everything we needed on our first part of the vacation. Clean room, well maintained, comfy. Nice pool and outdoor fascilities. From the property you can go to a lot of small Tuscan towns and then return to the hotel and have a nice dinner and chill evening.
