We stayed in the rooms away from the main building which did not have air conditioning, thankfully it did have two very large doors we could open. Breakfast ok evening meal was great value.

The flat in an old palazzo is so beautiful, very elegant. Perfect harmony between the marvelous rocks of the castle and the useful modern furnitures.
The small city is so nice to walk around and the commerces are all great.
The host beauty's products are wonderful.
The view from the bed is epic...

We really enjoyed the charm of the old town and the atmosphere in the central area, where you can find two good restaurants.
The property is located in the historical center. The house itself has a special character, and the rear terrace offers a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Communication with Chiara was excellent, and her recommendations were extremely helpful.

If you like privacy, sounds of nature and spectacular views of the real Tuscany, this is the place.
We have visited Tuscany several times in the past but we have never been to the Volterra area and we really missed out. I'm glad I did now.
The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant, the host was careful to add small details that make the difference and the terrace overlooking the hills is a joy.
We will definitely choose again this place when coming back 🦋

Beautiful and peaceful place. The village was so picturesque! You can stop to take a lot of photos. The location was perfect to drive around the Toscany area and visit the surrounding cities and villages.

During our family stay in Le civette (Montecatini Val di Cecina), we enjoyed a wonderful experience that felt genuinely and peacefully Tuscan. The apartment was excellent, providing us with comfort and all the amenities we needed. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect. The location itself was ideal, allowing us to fully immerse in the serene and beautiful Tuscan countryside.

The place was very clean and cozy, situated in a centre of lovely town of Montecatini Val di Cecina, with a superb view. The host has done more than expected to make us feel welcome and comfortable, starting with great flexibility on check-in and check-out, then sharing some welcome gifts of local treats, and finally checking with us on some lost item and suggesting to send it. Great service and hospitality!

We had excellent stay at Podere BellaVista .The room is clean , bed is comfortable .
Guiseppe and Laura , the owners , are very nice people . They kindly provided everything we needed , Laura bakes delicious cakes for breakfast .
The hotel ‘s location is one of the best , overlooking to Toscana Valley .. We would definitely come back again .

A large hotel with a mix of rooms. The staff were super helpful and as I arrived by bike (riding the Tuscany Trail) they allowed this to be kept securely in my room. A large restaurant with a buffet style starter and small menu for primi/secondi. A little dated decor but a great stay for the trip I was doing.

Location was great. You have two very good restaurants few minutes from the property in Montecatini val di Cecina. On the property you have the great swimming pool which is aleady in function. What I realy like is beautiful nature.
