This property is located in a very good location of you are planning day trips to Bologna, Modena and food tasting activities in the Emilia Romagna region. The family that runs this property are extremely welcoming and always available to help out with anything, including recommendations for the local area. The room was extremely clean, breakfast was decent and importantly the property has a very good restaurant that can come in handy after a long day trip. The property is also located in front of a picturesque valley and has some nice nature trails close by.

Our stay at Casa Fonsi was great. Camilla and her family gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel right at home from the start. Thanks so much for your hospitality and the delicious traditional lunch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet and well looked after, making it a perfect place to relax. There’s also secure parking available for motorcycles, which was a big plus. We’d happily recommend Casa Fonsi to anyone looking for a nice place to stay near Bologna.

Excellent location for Motor Valley. I imagine it is great for cyclists. Special added value: the owner was ready with tips for restaurants, gelato, full itinerary for Bologna, castles. If we travel to Emilia Romagna again, we will be back😎

The owner gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. The hotel is located in a very calm spot with a lot of nature around. The room was very nice and clean and included a TV, mini-fridge and private bathroom. All in all, the stay was very pleasant.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean the staff were really kind and sweet. They were professional on answering my questions. I really enjoyed the breakfast. There was variety to choose from, they had English and also Italian breakfast which i really liked. The hotel was near where I had a concert and it was easy navigating thanks to the position where it's located.
