NetherlandsBreakfast only with local products, not too much to avoid waste. The winebar with their appetizers and the overall atmosphere and kindness, make you never wanna leave! Our children loved the loft to sleep in and even wanted to go into the shower. All is high quality but without the pretentiousness. The town has just enough buzzz to enjoy and walk around and go out for dinner. We will definitely come back.

Morbegno is a convenient place to stay in the Valtellina area. We travelled here from Menaggio on Lake Como . On the way we went on a small detour to see the Acquafraggia waterfalls and the amazing Palazzo Vertamate Franchi. We took a nice day trip from Morbegno to the Gerola Alta to visit the Bitto cheese museum . When departing we were needing to get to Tirano in the morning to get on the spectacular Bernina Express train. This was a convenient place to travel from .

From the second we arrived, we loved our stay.
From the second we arrived, we loved our stay. The hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating, the "palace" and grounds were simultaneously ancient and beautifully renovated and clean. There were so many top-notch nature walks, hikes and local farms for us to enjoy in the area. I think we might want to get married here in the future.

The welcome was warm and friendly and the host was very approachable and helpfull. We liked the parking spaces just in front of the door. And that's where the car could stay as you are in the middle of the town and can walk. The rooms were nice and clean.

Very nice place in the woods. Lady was welcoming and the rooms as good as it can be in such type of hotels. It had games and nice location to take a walk, too bad that we arrived late and left early in the morning to enjoy this place.
We very exited about the breakfast from the comments, but I do understand that that is too much work for them if guests are staying just for 1 night. So breakfast was just regular one.

We booked Renzia Hotel just a few hours before arrival and checked in after midnight. The staff were very nice and professional. There is also the possibility of renting Ebikes in the hotel to explore Sentiero Valtellina, which was a very great experience for us! I highly recommend Renzia Hotel.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The design of the hotel is decent and nice. Local products for breakfast (which was unfortunately very poor in terms of selection). Sauna is great (unfortunately with broken indoor sauna doors). Radio in the bathroom is a good idea.
