The grounds are amazing. We got to enjoy a swim in the lake and relax on the beach chairs. We only stayed a night because we were walking the Camino di san Benedetto and it was such a treat to enjoy the lake. The family running the hotel are very welcoming and one of the family members spoke perfect English which was very helpful.

What a fabulous place . over looking the lake , nice neighbourhood who were very friendly . Apartment was clean tidy and had all we wanted. he also has a Resturant around the corner which you have to go to to taste the local food.

Newly furnished room in a historic house with a story. Nice bathroom, fascinating view and absolute peace. Great breakfast served directly by the owner. Great host, will advise on everything. He recommended dinner at a friend who runs a restaurant, when he invites guests directly into the house and into the kitchen. Parking is no problem. Nice walks in the area, but hilly.

The location is very central. The apartment is desinged beautifully with vintage furnitures, heating system and a new practical kitchen. The matresses and the pillows are very comfortable. The host is very welcoming. The fridge is stocked with fruits,milk and drinks. The area is quite and the view from the bedrooms is beautiful. The only part that could be better is that the bedroom is not 100% dark in the morning. There is a bit of light coming in from the windows and the additional heater makes a light sound while it's being on. I would go back again.

Great position in Licenza with wonderful views from balcony. The accommodation. Was so quaint , peaceful and inviting .Everything you could possibly need had been anticipated and provided. Emanuela met us and was extremely helpful in suggesting places to eat . The welcome we received at the Osteria Di Gustavo was amazing as was the food . All in all a wonderful memory created as part of our drive around Italy
