The staff were very helpful. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent. Coffee made to order at breakfast. Location is very convenient for the train station and the funicular (less than 5 minute walk).

Theses are extremely basic rooms. They have no amenities but you get what you pay for. The place was clean, safe and the staff was responsive. The breakfast was basic but not unappealing. I had a good experience.
