Amazing place. We literally fell in love.

I initially booked for a short stay and the place is so wonderful that I extended it by more than a week. The breakfast is gorgeous. The little pool is gorgeous. The grounds are peaceful and lovely. The staff is really nice. The station with trains to Florence and Pisa is a few minutes' walk away. And - maybe because it serves mainly large groups and they like to fill the rooms left over? - the rate for a single was about the same as a dorm bed in a good city hostel!

A hotel with a large pool and a smaller one for kids (pools are open to the public), spacious rooms, and a great breakfast. The whole place feels like a step back in time – in a charming way. Perfectly located for day trips to Lucca, Florence, Pescia, Pisa... Highly recommended!

Amazingly beautiful room, great location and very friendly staff. They even helped us with transport when the train drivers went on strike! Would gladly recommend to anybody who wants to experience a spacious room with extra facilities (jazucci, sauna), in the heart of Montecatini!

First of all, pls remember the price! This is a very low price. For the price it is just great. You even get a good coffee and eggs. Lady at breakfast was just great. Room was big. Surely run down. Shower, well was leaking but nice hot water. Towels, linen etc were clean. For the price I highly recommend it. Was about 10mins walk from station

A fantastic place, amazing view, and the Junior suite is gorgeous.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Although the rooms and especially the bathroom are a bit dated, it did not affect our overall impression of the hotel at all, as everything was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The pool is great and was never crowded. The breakfast is delicious, and the terrace is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and close to the park.

Everything! Perfect location, 10 minutes from train station, 1 minute from park and centre.Staff were so helpful and friendly, bedrooms comfortable and luxurious and breakfast excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

The pool was brilliant as it was very hot. Staff were lovely..very accommodating.

First of all, family Innocenti , who manage the hotel.They r very kind and take care of everything and everyone who s staying there.clean rooms and pool.Amazing food în their restaurant, La Mondragola, în evening time, when they open it.

Very nice and very clean hotel, bed super comfortable, large bathroom, property is perfectly located in a walking distance to a park and the central part of the city. Breakfast was delicious with high quality products, coffee was great. All staff is amazing - especially on reception desk and the ladies on breakfast! Very smiley, kind and helpful. We got a free room upgrade which was a wonderful surprise! The reception staff helped us with the parking tickets on the street. Hotel is a top choice for exploring the nearby cities. We would definitely come again. Highly recommended.
